作文我的月考总结【一】
第一次月考在两天的紧张氛围之中落下了帷幕，这对于鸡泽四中的孩子们而言，这是自入学以来的第一次，第一次摸底测验，因此意义重大，所以老师同学们都很重视这次考试。成绩已经出来了，当我所教的八年级二班的总成绩摆在我的面前的时候，我心里有说不出的感受，有满意也有一些不如意之处。欣慰的是班里有一些成绩可以在年级里一比高下的尖子生，不满意的是，班里的整体基础水平有些让人担忧。我认真分析了这次考试的成绩，和一些失分的原因，基本统计出了一个数据。
我所教的八年级二班，全班及格的学生一共有27位，其中优秀的占3人，80分段的有9人，72分以上的有15个人。在这些学生里面，我又做了一下分析，其中优秀的3人，他们的基本问题没有，就是在细节方面还需要加强他们的培养提高，争取在下次考试的时候能在100分以上，80分段里面有几位学生成绩很接近90，因此我在下一阶段重点把他们培养到优秀的行列。对于72分以上的几位学生，主要问题在阅读理解上，他们还不明白如何做好阅读题。所以我下面的工作就是领着他们做阅读题，寻找其中有规律性的方法和技巧。我也搜集整理了一些阅读技巧，希望能够帮助他们有所提高。在72分一下，还有10名学生很有希望及格，我也不会放弃他们，争取让他们下次都能及格。
从而我主要应该开展的'工作就是分层次教学的模式，针对不同阶段不同水平的学生，有针对性的辅导他们。第一就是写作的提高，其二是阅读能力的培养，第三就是多给他们总结整理一些课外延伸的知识点。
纵观这次成绩，我觉得我的学生还是基础有些薄弱，大方向上没有什么问题，总是在细节上出现错误。导致了一分一分的丢失。可能这和我也有一定的关系，我可能上课时没有强调清楚。在接下来的备课工作中，我必须认真备课，把该补充的全部补充上，宁可讲慢一点，也不能漏掉一个知识点。语文本身承载的内容就很多，需要一点点的积累，一点点的摸索。
特别需要说的是，李建林老师很值得我学习。他带的班一共有12位学生达到优秀，因此应该多向他请教学习，如何讲好语文教好语文。需要学习的东西真的有很多，不过，可以陪着孩子们一起学习一起进步，心里还是很欣慰的，至少一切都还是值得的。也希望我的学生能够理解我的这一番苦心。继续加油，为了下一次的考试，下一个挑战去努力!

我看了看天上的月亮，感叹着:“月亮真圆，真好看！”姐姐转身看了我一眼，引用了张九龄的一句诗，“海上生明月，天涯共此时。”我不知该如何应对，随口说了一句:“中秋时节月儿圆，家家户户庆团圆。”姐姐笑着说:“我们对诗词怎么样？”我立马想到了苏轼的词，连忙接一句:“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”谁知姐姐的诗词量大得惊人，什么“嫦娥应悔偷灵药，碧海青天夜夜心”，“今夜月明人尽望，不知秋思落谁家”……姐姐装出一副古人的样子，来回踱着方步，摇头晃脑，吟诵着。“我只有羡慕的份，没有插嘴的'机会。
接下来我们玩了一个超有趣的游戏，直到现在还历历在目。姐姐给我说了十二个字词，要求我在15秒内以最快的速度，按顺序准确无误背诵下来。每组字词她只说了两边，挑战记忆的时刻来了。姐姐有顺序地重复着:“1、树2、鸭子3、耳朵4、红旗5、钩子6、勺子7、拐杖8、葫芦9、猫10、棒球11、筷子12、婴儿。”我大声抗议着:“这不可能！最起码需要准备二十分钟吧！”姐姐笑而不答，坚持让我试试。
我硬着头皮迎战，啃啃巴巴地说着:“树，鸭子，耳朵。”费了九牛二虎之力才记住了这几个字词，其余的全忘到了脑后。我挠了挠头，耷拉着脑袋，甘拜下风。“所谓的学霸就是找到了适合自己的学习方法，并能够运用自如，长期坚持下来而已。哈哈哈……”姐姐笑了，她绘声绘色地向我讲解一种有趣的记忆妙法——数字密码记忆法。运用数字密码和丰富有趣的想象，记忆的知识就会牢固掌握。我尝试着姐姐传授的绝招，心里默念着:“树长得像1，2像水上游的鸭子……婴儿是一二的谐音。”啊，原来记忆也这么简单！我竟然破天荒地全部说了出来，仅用了十秒的时间。第一次尝到了记忆带来的喜悦，我开心地笑了。看看天上的明月，此时的月亮更明更亮，眨巴着眼睛，似乎也在尝试着记忆点儿什么。
