It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school.
As students, we often take examinations at school, but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us. On the other hand, some of us are lazy and don’t work hard at their lessons. So when taking examinations, they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers.
In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools. We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations. What’s more, we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations.

中秋吃月饼，是我国的传统，而诱人的月饼更是让人难以抗拒，但是中秋吃月饼，大家也要注意以下几点哦!
1.月饼不宜和粥相配
有许多人在食用月饼时，都愿与粥同食吃，会甜的不甜，咸的不咸，口味独特。其实不然，月饼作、粥都就是迅速升高糖的高升糖指数的食品，不仅对糖尿病人不适，对人的大脑细胞不利，还会降低脂肪代谢。
2.月饼宜少不宜多
月饼含油脂、蔗糖较多，即使低脂、低糖仍存面粉诸成分，过量食用会产生滑腻感，易致胃满、腹胀，引起消化不良，食欲减退，糖升高，热量高。
老年人、儿童更不宜多吃，否则会引起腹痛、腹泻或呕吐，消化不良。
3.体热者不宜多吃月饼
体内偏热的人也不可多吃月饼，否则不易消化，还可能让内火上升，出现长痘痘、便秘、牙龈浮肿等症状。
4.女性朋友吃月饼禁忌多
女性朋友吃月饼也应当注意自身情况，尤其是妊娠、产后因为孕育胎儿或哺乳特殊生理情况，在饮食上存在禁忌。
首先，妊娠期应避免食辛温燥火的食物，以免伤阴耗液和影响胎孕，妊娠恶阻还应避免食用有腥臭和油腻、不易消化的食物。
对于产妇而言，饮食应饥饱均匀，进食营养丰富，易于消化的食物，因此食用月饼更要注意。
此外，在生理期前要少吃月饼，尤其是冰淇淋月饼。
5.月饼宜鲜不宜陈
吃鲜莫吃陈，因为月饼含脂肪较多，存放过久，容易发生变质。过节时人们往往一次买许多月饼，而月饼放置时间久易引起馅心变质，吃后容易发生食物中毒。
因此，月饼最好随买随吃。一般家庭过节时，所买月饼大都能到节日过后，甚至更长时间，为了防止月饼的变质，对吃剩的月饼应妥善保存。
6.吃月宜早不宜晚
吃月饼最好是在早上或中午，晚上应少吃或不吃，特别是老年人更应如此，否则，有可能成为液凝固、形成栓的某些因素。
7。先吃咸后吃甜
如有甜、咸两种月饼，应按先咸后甜的顺序来品尝，否则就吃不出味道来。
