清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断肠。冥钱飞起白蝴蝶，人声啼哭似杜鸟。
又是清明时节，又是纷纷细雨，又是面对黄土荒丘或冰冷墓碑而黯然洒泪的时刻。一代代人都在问自己：我从哪里来，我到哪里去？尽管我们每一个人从孩童时起就这样问父母，也这样问别人，直到长大后问自己，可谁也无法清醒地回答自己。因为避讳，也因为禁忌，还因为难以表述的窘迫心境。所以，佛教的禅宗就有了一个很著名的偈语：从你来的地方来，到你去的地方去。
其实，回答这个问题如同提出这个问题一样，不需要什么思考。当我们在清明细雨中缅怀逝去的亲人或先祖，每一个人都明白自己仍然如同他们一样，从虚无间由父母将自己带到了这个人世，又从这个世界回到了一抔黄土中。而在这个世界走过一遭后，给这个永世永存的时空留下的最珍贵的东西，除了一段为时不会太长的名声，让亲友和后辈存念怀想，再就是这“一抔黄土掩”的坟茔，让同样不会延续太久时间的后人们来祭奠。但是，就是这种总会被淡忘的祭奠，却以不出三代的亲情怀念和环环相扣的链接方式，在缘亲情的怀念与哀思中，让中华民族子孙的亲世代相传，并产生了巨大的认祖归宗的情感凝聚力——这就是中华统与炎黄子孙的后裔，这就是百家姓赋。
