It’s not only a punhment to him, but a satire to th kind of people.

当时我看见教练轻松自如得在泳池里像一条鱼儿在水中自由自在的来回的游来游去，脑海中便出现了自己学会游泳之后的开心场面，便觉得游泳也没什么难的。当我们看完教练的展示后，便各自下了水，我心中沾沾自喜，觉得自己一定时学员当中最出色，学得最快的一位了。可是现实好像一直在和我作对，偏偏和我想到的相反。游泳的时候，我觉得前面几个动作都很简单，可学到后来，我学得越来越马虎，有时一不小心就会喝一大肚子水，够呛的了。可我的自尊心很强，对这么一点小事情根本不必放在心上。我吸取上几次的教训，不再和以前一样马马虎虎了，我开始专心起来。不会的地方或自己觉得游的不好的地方，就会请教练指导，我也会细心纠正。
有一次，教练叫我们到深水池去游泳。我一听就觉得锻炼自己的时刻终于到来了，我们陆续走进深水池。可我们谁也没想到深水池不仅深，还很冷。才过5分钟左右，我们个个冷得脸色发白，身上鸡皮疙瘩都冒起来了。教练为了让我们把精神集中在游泳上，便说了一句话吓唬我们：“如果你们在不活动活动的话，那你们就会变成一块‘冰棒’的。”我们听了，个个下得魂都快飞了，连忙抓紧训练起来。

几个朋友相约来到位于昆明东郊的白沙河水库游泳。
五月的昆明气候已是盛夏的感觉，处处鲜花盛开，给人一种舒爽而惬意的感觉。
也许是我们年轻气盛的缘故？
那一天，
我们决定来个自游泳比赛，水面的直径大约有五百多米，看谁能从南面游到北面。
记得那天我们共有八个人（我们江苏三个，贵州三个和四川两个），
由于那天刮得是北风，水面的浪花特别的大，
我们只能斜着游，在游到七八十米的时候，他们几个就败阵下去了，只有我们江苏的三个还在艰难地向前继续游去。
大约游到一半的时候，我已有点感觉体力不支，脚下的水温也很冰凉。
此时，进也不是，退也不是。
我朝着伙伴喊道：“浪很大，我们怎么办？是返回？还是继续前进？！”
伙伴说：“我们不能返回，要继续坚持-------浪大我们就退着往前游！”
那时的`浪花打在脸上真有一种喘不过气来的感觉，一浪接着一浪。
大约离岸边还有一百米的时刻，
我的一条腿抽筋了，
我对自己说：“不能慌，要镇定！”
那时我只能用两只手与一条腿在往前游。
就在我离岸边还有五十米之时，我的另一条腿也抽筋了，
心想这下完了，我终于向伙伴发出求救的信号，
这时不远处的一位好心的中年男子向我游来，
他说：“不要慌，要保持镇定！我在你身边陪你游。”
此时此刻，我心中只有一个信念：“不能慌，我一定会战胜的。”
两条腿都抽筋了，只能靠两只手的力量来划水向前游。
二十米、十米------还有五米，
终于到岸了！
此时的我已是累得一点力气都没有了，
躺在岸边的草地上，
两眼一片漆黑，
整个地球都在飞快地旋转--------
感谢那位不知名的好心人，
在我危难之际能陪伴在我身边，
并予以我一种莫大的力量！
