the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

有一次，我考试考的成绩很差，我想惨了，回到家又要被老爸挨批了，嗨!真是没天理呀。一间屋门，就听到爸爸说：“考试考得怎么样啊。”我埋着头垂头丧气的说出了我的成绩，爸爸大声说：“什么，竟然考的那么差。”我就被爸爸的声音吓得退后了几步，我对爸爸大喊：“人生总会有很多次失误，我就失误了这一次，怎么了。”这时，妈妈走过来说：“原谅孩子吧，孩子就失误了这一次，你没失误过呀。”爸爸妈妈开始吵起来，我冲出了客厅跑进了自己的屋里，趴在床上，我听到爸爸妈妈现在正在为考试这件事争吵着，到了学校又一次考试即将来临，过了几天，开始考试了，我回忆起爸爸批评我时对我说的话，做题时必须认真，考完试，卷子很快就批完了，我考的分对于我来说还行，让爸爸看了看，爸爸说：“还行，上次批评你是因为为你好，看见没，批你一顿，现在考好了吧。”我高兴地回答嗯。
我终于明白了爸爸为什么批评我，是因为为了我好。

At college, I missed my parents a lot. As the term was drawing to an end, I eagerly looked forward to going home. And I planned to do a thousand and one things during the vacation. Above all, I wanted to help my mother with housework. I also wished to read many hooks which my teachers had recommended. However, at home, my mother would never let me do anything. She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!

在生活里，爱是无处不在的，但是，父母给我们的爱是最多，有的父母的爱是严厉的批评，有的父母的爱是溺爱。我的父亲就是一个严厉的人经常批评我。
记得有一次放假，我来到家里时只见到家里就有奶奶和爷爷，我就问奶奶说：“奶奶，爸爸妈妈去哪儿了。”奶奶说：“你妈和你爸去送货了，可能今天晚上回来。”当我听到这个喜讯时，我立刻跑进了屋里把书包往床上一扔就打开了电脑，我玩电脑玩的连饭都不吃了。光阴似箭日月如梭，很快到了晚上。爸爸妈妈回来了，可是我玩的根本就没有察觉爸爸妈妈的回来，我继续向往前一样接着玩。妈妈因为过于疲劳吃完饭就睡觉了，我心想：“妈妈那么快就睡了，那爸爸肯定也跟妈妈一样。”可是我万万没有想到爸爸吃完饭首先就问我：“这周考试了吗，考了几分，考了第几名?”我自信满满地说：“考了，考了91分，考了第3名。”爸爸听后大声吼到：“怎么考了这么点分，怎么不是第一。”我又说：“够高了，我前几名都是比我聪明的人我根本就追不上他们。”爸爸又吼到：“你再用心些吗，还用考那么点分!”最后，我是在是比不过爸爸了，我就把头低了下来。

妈妈给我讲她的故事：妈妈小时候生活得很困难，所以很少吃好吃的。姥爷开家里来了客人。就买了很多好吃的东西。然后，客人吃饱了，就走了。剩下了一个鱼罐头。姥姥说：“要把鱼罐头退了。”妈妈想要吃。姥姥不给，妈妈就哭个不停。姥姥说：“鱼罐头对人体不好。”就要把鱼罐头给退了。可妈妈还要吃，然后，姥姥就打妈妈了。妈妈就不喊着要吃了。然后，姥姥就把鱼罐头给退了。
妈妈还讲了一个故事：妈妈该上学了，因为学校在很远的地方，所以每天都要姥爷接送。妈妈不愿意上学，姨也不愿意上学。可必须上学，不上学，就把妈妈她们扔在学校里。妈妈她们就大哭起来。每天都是这样的。妈妈就不知道为什么。妈妈现在知道了姥爷为什么对她们那样。妈妈就像姥爷在教育她的时候。我感受到了一种不同的爱。
妈妈对我的爱，我不知道。但我知道姥爷对妈妈的爱，还有姥姥对妈妈的爱。妈妈我爱您，我喜欢您。

生活中充满了爱，它无处不在，我最清楚的是爸爸给我的爱。
上三年级的时候，数学总是拖我的后腿。每当我望着那只有七八十分的考卷时，较为内向的我总会把泪水在眼眶里打转。每当这时，我真想大哭。我的一切，都尽收爸爸的眼底，他总是削好一个苹果，放在盘子里，端到我的面前，亲切地说：“女儿，吃吧!”等我吃完苹果，爸爸耐心地说：“孩子，你看······我抬起头，望着爸爸那鼓励的目光，我又重新拾起了信心。
从那以后，爸爸每天都从他那繁忙的工作中抽半小时来给我补习数学。不厌其烦的教我做每一道做错的练习题，直到我会了为止。每次写完一项数学作业，爸爸都会认真地批改。作业本中的每一道练习题，每一个数字，他都会给我讲解清楚。
又是一次。我得了九十五分，这离不开爸爸的讲解与教导。当他看见我九十五分的试卷时，他欣慰地笑了。因此，我慢慢变了，变得有自信和快乐了，这都应该感谢我的爸爸。
爸爸对我的爱是无私的，我尊敬爸爸，爸爸也理解我。我感谢您，爸爸!
