2. 此人必须要给动物王国做过贡献。
3. 此人的品质要高尚。
4. 此人必须是居民评选出来的。
没想到休息一出，就惹的所有年轻人前来参与侯选,掀起了一股“竞争潮”。聪明猪、大黄狗、兔妹妹、鹿姐姐、小猴子……都来参与这次竞争。而政府官员又决定在选举大会之前举办一个“你为什么参与竞选”主题的演讲晚会，这次活动还将促成你在政府官员的脑海中的印象来进行选举。听了这些通知，聪明猪、大黄狗、兔妹妹、鹿姐姐、小猴子……选手都开始来筹备演讲稿。选手们每天都在自己的屋子里面有感情地背读起稿子来。小猴子在桃树洞里面、兔妹妹在箩卜洞里面、聪明猪在它的木屋里面……开始了练习。
一个星期后，演讲比赛在礼堂内如期举行。电视新闻台的绵羊阿姨担任晚会的主持人。它笑眯眯地走上舞台，热情地说：“各位朋友大家好!欢迎来参加这次演讲晚会。今天晚上第一个上场的是我们大家的好朋友，它就是—我们的小猴子。正在这时，小猴子拿着话筒和底稿抬头挺胸地走上舞台。它说：“各位朋友大家晚上好，今天我演讲的题目是《我的竞选原因》，我有一个愿望……就这样，聪明猪、大黄狗、兔妹妹、鹿姐姐都发表了精彩的演讲。台下的观众有我们的市长黑猫先生、副市长孔雀小姐……一些政府官员都在留意着每个选手的精彩瞬间的表现。准备考虑着接替猴子爷爷的副市长的人选。
隆重的选举大会在第二天下午，在动物王国的广场举行了选举大会。动物王国的各民族的同胞都聚集在广场上，兔族的、牛族的、羊族的、猴族的……都在考虑着，选谁为动物王国的副市长呢?选举开始了，第一个投票的是 鸡婆婆，它在选票上填上了聪明猪的名字。它认为：聪明猪是一个非常好的“小伙子”，非常有孝心，而且也非常团结朋友，也很乐意帮助别人，所以我认为聪明猪是动物王国副市长的最佳人选。选举大会在广场持续了近两个小时。选票的结果在三天后公布。三天过去了，所有的侯选者和王国的居民都在期待着选票的结果。市长黑猫先生及副市长孔雀小姐拿着选票结果的名单兴奋地宣布，高兴地说：“在168名居民的协助下，各位侯选者的选票已经计算出来了。最终，大黄狗获得了18票、鹿姐姐获得了20票、兔妹妹获得了32票、其余侯选者获得了30票，而聪明猪获得了68票，成为了一位政府机关里最年轻的一位官员，也成为了动物王国的年轻的副市长。聪明猪听到这个消息，非常兴奋。其它落选者也纷纷向聪明猪表示祝贺，新闻媒体也争先恐后地抢着采访聪明猪先生，差点都打了起来。最终，《社会新闻报》的记者首先采访了聪明猪。
新的一天来到了，阳光将正在熟睡的聪明猪刺醒。聪明猪看到闹钟上的时间已到了上班时间，就赶快掀开被子，穿好衣服，洗漱过后，赶快拿上早餐，迅速奔赴政府大楼的办公室。总算没有迟到，不过聪明猪已是满头大汗，它急匆匆地走进副市长孔雀小姐的办公室，等待着它的安排。孔雀小姐说：“聪明猪你好，今天是你第一次上班，我现在领你去你新的办公室，好吗?”聪明猪说：“好!谢谢。”随后，孔雀小姐就将聪明猪领进新的办公室里，又说：“这就是你的办公室，以后咱们要合作愉快。”它俩诚恳地握了握手。随即，聪明猪心情愉快地开始了第一天的办公。
时间在流逝，今年的春节也快到了。除夕的这天，全国的居民，正在为春节这个喜气洋洋的时刻准备着。而市长黑猫先生也将世界远近闻名的摄像师金狐狸先生请到动物王国里。晚上，在烟花爆竹的气氛下，金狐狸先生为动物王国的所有168名居民拍下了一幅长8米，宽5米的照片。这一照片成为了永久的纪念。
从此，再也没有人发现过这个王国。不知是被毁灭了，还是集体移居了，反正再也没有人发现它们的踪迹。

花花是我的好朋友，每次我有零食都给它分一点，我穿袜子它就在我的脚上蹭来蹭去，我和它一起晒太阳，跟它一起说悄悄话。
