在生活方面：走路的时候他们必须昂首挺胸，以军人的方式走路。每天必须在5：00起床，十分钟准备好训练。在吃饭的时候，他们要安静，只有等到大家都准备好了后才能，开始吃饭，而且每次一口都要嚼五次。
在训练方面：他们必须服从上级的命令，不能擅自行动，在训练期间，他们上厕所也要团体行动。
我觉得西点军校有严格的规则和纪律是为了帮助他们的学员，让他们做事严谨和细致。他们的学员也很遵守规则，也很有纪律性。这可以帮助他们在商业上与政治上做的更加全面，公司也会被搭理的井井有条，而且内部也是很严谨的。相比来说我就没有他们做得那么好了，我在打扫卫生的时候就没有按照规则打扫，而且我也没有什么纪律，上下楼梯的时候我就不管什么左右，随意的走。
我想要这个品质，因为我觉得我拥有这个品质后，我可以将自己的每一件事情，内务整理、打扫卫生、做事和学习做得井井有条。所以在接下来的日子里，我打扫严格的按照学堂的规定执行，认真的打扫、整理内务还有在上下楼梯或者走路时注意靠右行，走路的声音尽量轻一点。这可以提现一个人的素质。
