“有志者，事竟成”。那是去年参加奥数竞赛初赛前的一段日子，每天除了要完成作业，还要攻克许多题目。早晨，很早起来做数学题；白天，也有听不完的数学讲解；晚上，继续做题是很正常的。如此下来，三天以后，我感到十分疲劳，终于有一天，我忍耐不住了，便对妈妈发火：“参加什么奥数竞赛，累都累人了。”妈妈心平气和地对我说：“宝贝，你不是一直说‘有志者，事竟成’吗？你要想入围决赛，那就得吃苦、就得努力啊！”是啊，从那以后的几天里，每天我都认认真真地复习……参加初赛以后，不到三个星期，我就兴奋地得知自己入围了决赛，可接下来决赛前的集训也是很枯燥艰苦的。不过，由于我时常用“有志者，事竟成”这句话来激励，最终我终于取得了决赛的一等奖……
