Needless to say, we have suffered a great loss from this, as we cannot sell the sweaters in this condition to our customers. We ask you to conduct investigation at your end and reply to us.

接到来信反映后，区环保局于20xx年6月6日针对该公司作业时产生的噪声污染进行了现场专项检查，
一、基本情况
重庆首溪建材有限公司位于xx区万古镇曹家村*组，法定代表人***，主要从事建材材料混凝土生产及销售。检查当日，该公司正在生产。现场生产线、堆料场物料全封闭，生产废水不外排。该公司在生产时料场有噪声产生，按照环境影响报告表内容采取了的隔音降噪措施，并通过了区环保局竣工验收。但由于该公司距离附近居民较近，夜间生产时的\'车辆等产生的噪声对周边住户有一定影响。
该公司办有工商、税务等手续，办有排污许可证(20xx.9.1—20xx.8.31渝(足环排证(声〔20xx〕058号，排放时间为8:00—22:00，噪声限值为60分贝。
二、处理情况
责令该厂加强管理，确保污染物达标排放，噪声排放严格按照排污许可证要求，夜间10点后严禁开展生产作业。
