有这样两个人，他们同时都拥有半杯水，悲欢者看到这半杯水会说：”可惜只有半杯水”。而乐观者却说：”只有半杯水”同样一杯水，可以引出不一样的感叹，这是为什么呢?这就是良好的心理素质与差劣的心理素质的人的对比。现代人，承受了太多的压力，稍微重一点，就可能导致他粉身碎骨。这就要靠心理素质来调控了。近年来，心理医生这个职业越来吃香，原因就是有大多数人承受不了现代社会快节奏高压力的步调，出现一系列的心理疾病，可是如果我们怀有一颗快乐的心态的话。那么快节奏的步调只会被我们当成一曲交响乐，我们会把承受当作享受。

春节，就是每年的第一天，家乡人叫大年初一。大年初一这天有“开门爆竹”一说。即在新的一年到来之际，家家户户开门的第一件事就是燃放爆竹，以噼里啪啦的爆竹声除旧迎新。放爆竹可以创造出喜庆热闹的气氛，是节日的一种娱乐活动，可以让人们感觉到欢愉和吉利。
春节还有一个习俗，就是吃饺子。为驱邪恶、求吉利，饺子要煮得多，必须有余，饭后锅内要放上馒头，意在年年有余。一旦煮烂饺子，不可说“破了”，要改说“挣(赚了”。就餐时，除每人一碗外，还要多盛一到二碗，意在希望人丁兴旺。吃饺子充满了节日的欢乐气氛。春节的饺子里多包有钱、枣、栗子等。吃到红枣，意味着新一年能起早干活，勤劳致富;吃到栗子，意味着新的一年能出大力，流大汗;吃到花生米，就能长命百岁;吃到钱，就能发财。不管谁吃到其中的哪一种，大家都衷心地祝贺。如果小孩吃到了钱，家长更是十分高兴，认为孩子有出息，除了鼓励以外，还要赏钱，以示祝贺。
春节还有拜年的习俗，大家互相拜年，旧时拜年要磕头，现在一般只是问好。晚辈向长辈拜年时，长辈要给压岁钱。还有用手机发短信拜年、打电话拜年。美好祝福：吉祥、平安、发财、健康之类的让人们开心的话!。……
我觉得家乡的这些习俗蕴含了一个千古不变的含义：希望辛苦了一年的人们能开心的好好休息几天，调整好心情，再准备开始下一年的奋斗。人们都希望过上幸福、平安的`好生活!

就像我本人所经历的一件事。我一个很好的朋友，可以说是闺蜜，我们初三时坐在一张桌。初三的时候，老师要我们交一篇征文。我便问了老师一句：“老师，用什么笔，什么纸写啊。”老师告诉我后，她问我:“你要交那篇啊?'我说：“为什么不交呢？交了还有可能得奖呢。”
而她却说了一番让我没有想到的话，她说：“就你那作文水平还交呢?”我回了她一句;"你作文水平好你交啊，我水平不好，我知道锻炼。”她说;"我作文水平不好我也不交，我也不丢那人。”
我当时就气哭了。后来，那篇作文我交了，而且，我还获了奖。她当时就无话可说了。
事后我想了想，其实，事情不仅仅只有那一面，如果不是她的那番话，或许我不会有那么大的动力去写那篇作文，也就不会得奖了；或许，我可以从这件事中看清她本来的面貌，可以知道她到底是不是真正的朋友；或许，这件事给我打了一个预防针，让我以后不会再被她所伤害。
凡事都要考虑周全，做什么事之前都要考虑好这件事情的多面性。不要只看单方面的有利条件就去做，要想想这件事是否会给你带来负面影响。
就像那句话。只有弱者才会把自己的不行归给于外界因素。如果你强大，整个世界都为你让路。这就是两种角度所带来的不同结果。
换一个角度去看事情。不同的角度，得到不同的结果。

王国维说人生有三种境界。是“独上高楼，望尽天涯路”的凄楚。是“衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴”的忧伤。是“众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处”的欣喜。我始终相信，这三种姿态亦是生活的初始状态，生活是公平的，他不会因为你讨厌沼泽和风雨就让这一切都消失。也不会因为阳光的耀眼与绚烂就让它永驻人间。
良好的心态就像海洋上的灯塔，让生活这艘小船不会迷失方向，亦如夜空中星星的光辉，明亮却不刺眼。在苦难面前，每个人会用不同的人生观去对待。悲观的人会说，为什么困难总是降临在我身上。而乐观的人只是骄傲地仰起头，去化解所谓的苦难。

纵览大观园，依稀可以看见那位佳人。曹雪芹用他的笔墨泼洒出潇湘妃子的弱柳扶风。然而黛玉妹妹的眼泪却是流不尽的。试问生活中真的有那么多的不如意吗?她虽年幼丧母，却得到了贾母的多倍疼爱，虽弱柳扶风，却有幸与宝玉惺惺相惜。何来这悲春伤秋的愁绪?这一切似乎就注定了她的`结局是不完美的——香消玉殒。若是她善待生活，留心周遭的花草，也许会惊异地发现生活其实是美好的。
我欣赏贝多芬的执着，欣赏史铁生的坚韧，欣赏张海迪的勇气。他们在生活面前从未说过“不”子。也不会因为苦难就止步不前，而是用良好的心态，书写他们的传奇，谱写一曲雄奇壮美的赞歌!我想说的是，心态决定我们的人生，善待生活，你也许会发现，今天早晨的天空就很美。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.
