Then I will help him wash the car this afternoon and cook his favorite food in the evening. Besides，I'll take a walk with him after dinner and then play chess with him，for he likes it very much. 今天，我早早的写完了作业，和妈妈约定：每周六和周日把老师和家长布置的作业完成了，就带我到游泳馆去游泳，这是我最开心的事了。
不巧，今天爸爸有事要办，不能陪我们了。所以只把我和妈妈送到游泳馆就走了。到了游泳馆内，我发现，今天游泳的人比平时少了许多。我想：可能是由于天气转凉的.缘故吧。
来到池边，不由分说，我扑通跳进水里。可妈妈嫌水凉，不敢下水，我鼓励妈妈说：“没事的妈妈，下来吧，下来就不凉了。”当妈妈被我哄下水后，我不停地帮妈妈搓着胳膊和后背，并说着：“好些了吧，妈妈。”一会儿妈妈就适应了水里的温度。我和妈妈在水里游了几圈，我发现妈妈的动作不够标准，就问妈妈想不想学习标准的动作。妈妈说：“想啊！但就是怕学不会。”我说：“只要你想学，就包在我身上。”接着，我就向妈妈讲解腿上的动作，就说：“腿部要有收，翻，蹬，夹四个步骤，收：就是收腿；翻：就是翻脚掌；蹬：自然就是把腿分开用力向后蹬；最重要的就是夹：脚尖绷直，两腿用力夹水，和青蛙的动作一模一样。这时，人就会向前移动了。双手要从胸前伸出，分别向外扒开水，收回。配合呼吸，就是标准动作了。
我看着妈妈游了一圈，动作还算标准，并夸奖妈妈说：“不错嘛！”妈妈谦虚得说：“都是教练教的好啊！”我听后，心里美滋滋的。

今天，我和好朋友何佳宁结伴去游泳。做好一切准备以后，就“扑通”、“扑通”跳下水，像两只小鸭一样，可何佳宁是一只“旱
鸭子”不会游泳，我就自告奋勇当她的老师了。可是，我还没有教她，就发现一个大问题，何佳宁老是套着一个游泳圈，不敢摘下来，我苦口婆心地劝导着，左一句“戴游泳圈是学不好游泳的`”右一句“摘下游泳圈，水很浅的”。但是，何佳宁始终不肯摘下游泳圈，（真撅啊！）。我只好使出我的手锏“唠叨”最后何佳宁还是架不住我到三寸不烂之舌，终于摘下游泳圈。我可是一名厉害的老师啊，俗话说“严师出高徒”嘛！
首先，要在岸上学姿势，我严肃地说：“游泳的姿势要正，才能游得直。只要动作稍微不对，不仅游不快，而且还会游得歪。如果做不对，就要罚做十遍。”弄得何佳宁叫苦不迭，这堪称得上是“魔鬼训练”呀！
等姿势练得差不多了，就练水下功夫了。学游泳，换气是最基本的，我耐心地跟何佳宁说：“沉下水去，如果气不够用了，就稍微把头抬起来一点儿，先憋一口气，再沉下去，记住换气时脚不要沾地，就这样循环练习。”可说得容易，做得难阿！何佳宁沉下去没多久，就马上浮出水面，还直咳嗽，像小鸭子似的拼命摇着头，把水甩掉。我着急地问：“你没事吧?”何佳宁说：“看来我真不是游泳的料。”我依然没有放弃，把很多换气的技巧告诉了她，果然，这个方法很管用，何佳宁进步很快。
今天可真有趣！不仅帮助了同学，还到老师的辛勤，懂得了体谅老师，真是受益匪浅啊！
