腊肉——一个四川人，过年怎么能少了腊肉呢?往年在老家过年时，腊肉都是要自家腌的，一串串肉挂起来，一整个春节都能看见它的身影，别看它，看着老老的，也闻不出什么花样，但只要拿它切下来几片，配上辣椒或蒜苗，真是一绝!油辣火热，让菜飘着诱人的香气，又咸又香的口味，绝对能够点燃你的味蕾，越吃越香。
酥肉——它是一种类似炸鸡肉块的存在，实在很普通，那它是如何在竞争如此激烈的美食中被端上饭桌的呢?得亏它丰富多样的吃法。它刚炸出来时就可以吃，金黄色油灿灿的，一口咬下去，先是酥脆的外壳，然后是白嫩嫩的鸡肉，有的还冒着汁水，一口一个是拿来解馋的最佳人选。它还可以用来煮汤，刚开始我还理解不了，这样不就软了吗?后来才发现这又是它的另一番风味，它吸足了汤水，味道中既有汤的鲜又有肉的香，很奇妙的，竟然很般配，不同的汤还可以解锁不同的口味，有一种新奇感。
粉蒸排骨，它在一片大鱼大肉中显得白白净净的，不怎么惹眼，但仔细以看，大有来头，一块块的大排骨嵌在泛着光泽的糯米上，随便夹起一块，还能拉起长长的丝，软糯的口感让人咬一口便沉沦了，糯米中带着肉的咸香，排骨中又带着糯米的清香，二者相得益彰，巧妙的融合让人吃得停不下来。
虽然春节已经过去了，但还是要对自己说，吃饱这些美食，转化成动力，向新的一年出发吧!
