土豆饼，顾名思义，就是用土豆做的饼。大家一定会问：土豆做的饼有什么希奇的呢?玉米饼、南瓜饼我们都吃过了，也就那样呗!如果你们真的这么以为，那就大错特错了。土豆饼之所以能成为特色小吃，一定就不是表面看起来那么简单，自然有它的独特之处，制作它可麻烦着呢!
