我没走多会儿，天突然阴了下来，我想：不好，天要下雨了，我要快一点。我加快了脚步。到了菜市场，我问一位大叔：“土豆多少钱一斤?”“三块五。”啊，这么贵，把所有钱加起来都不够，我心里想。这时，一位六七岁的小男孩拽住了我的衣服，说：“大哥哥，买我的菜吧，我的菜是刚从地里拔出来的，可新鲜了，才一块五一斤。”我买了他的菜，匆匆回家了。
到了家，我要把剩的钱还给妈妈，可是我这才想起来，那位小弟弟还没找我钱呢!我拿了一把伞跑了出去，这时，老天爷已经忍不住了，哇哇大哭起来，我撑起伞，坚难地走着，生怕自己摔一大跤。这时，我看到了这位小男孩子了，他好像在等谁。我走了过去，还没等我开口，他就对我说：“大哥哥，你的钱。”给完钱后，他就提着菜篮回家去了。
我看了看手里的钱，心里想：这是一位多么诚实的小男孩呀，要是人人都这么诚实，世界上还会有这么多的纠纷吗?
