五一节作文英语的【一】
今天是“五一”，妈妈带我去了郑州科技馆，这是我第二次去科技馆了。
因为是节日，今天来参观的人很多，正因为是节假日，馆里安排了节日特别节目，每到整点的时候，就会安排一场，今天我太幸运了，总共看了三场表演，有生命的起源、高电压表演等，都很好玩。其中高电压表演节目中，需要三位家长和工作人员互动的一项，我的妈妈踊跃参加。她和其他的二位家长一起被锁进一间铁笼子里，工作人员要求她们把手掌平铺在笼子壁上，而在笼子外边，工作人员则把高电压棒伸向笼壁，让大家看看究竟笼子里的妈妈会不会被高电压电倒。妈妈一直面带微笑地看着我，我的妈妈一点事也没有。让我告诉你们吧，因为这个笼子是经过绝缘处理的，所以我的妈妈会平安无事地站在笼子里。
气流、电磁场、水压、水力发电等等，在这里，虽然有些知识我不明白，但是玩起来却非常有意思。我和妈妈说好了，今年“六一”儿童节，我仍要来科技馆，来这里学知识、探索地球的奥秘，同时也要痛痛快快地再玩一次。

Some records show that Peter J. McGuire， general secretary of the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners and a cofounder of the American Federation of Labor， was first in suggesting a day to honor those "who from rude nature have delved and carved all the grandeur we behold."
But Peter McGuire"s place in Labor Day history has not gone unchallenged. Many believe that Matthew Maguire， a machinist， not Peter McGuire， founded the holiday. Recent research seems to support the contention that Matthew Maguire， later the secretary of Local 344 of the International Association of Machinists in Paterson， N.J， proposed the holiday in 1882 while serving as secretary of the Central Labor Union in New York. What is clear is that the Central Labor Union adopted a Labor Day proposal and appointed a committee to plan a demonstration and picnic.

五一劳动节这天，爸爸、妈妈开车带着我和表姐一起去三渡湾游玩。
三渡湾位于沁阳市丹河峡谷风景区的最南端，风景优美。到了三渡湾，首先映入眼帘的是一条一米多深的小溪，小溪的两边长着密密麻麻的水草。下车后，我们来到小溪旁边，小心翼翼地踮着脚尖，踩着一排摆放的砖块，慢慢地走过一座漫水小桥，来到河对岸一个人造水池旁。水池里的水还算清澈，里面游着很多无忧无虑的小鱼。突然，一只青蛙露出了水面，可爱极了，我立刻产生了拥有它的想法。便让妈妈递给我渔网，悄悄地将渔网伸到青蛙旁边的水中，然后用力一捞，就将青蛙捞进了网中。抓了青蛙，我们又到小溪里捡了许多造型美丽、形态各异的鹅卵石。
玩着玩着，累了，我们便坐在小溪旁边的石头上欣赏那只装在瓶子里的青蛙。看着看着，我突然想起书上学到的青蛙的故事，它整天在田地捕捉害虫，对人类是有益的动物，我不应该捕捉它，应该让它回到大自然，继续为人类服务。想到这些，我的脸不自觉地红了，心中感到无比惭愧，立刻将青蛙重新放回了大自然。
这次五一旅行，不仅让我感受到了旅行的快乐，更让我学到了一个应当尊重生命、尊重自然的道理，这真是一个令人难忘的假期。
