如《9岁的抚摸》中小男孩因为偶然想起父亲出世的场面感到害怕而不经意抚摸自己的私处，被妈妈发现后严加批评而固化成习惯；《十三岁的疯狂》中的问题孩子因为妈妈唠叨、爸爸粗暴（根源还在于夫妻关系紧张）而深感不安全，处处与人为敌，动辄打伤同学也毫无悔意；《我的儿子要退学》同样也是因为父母离异让貌似优秀的高一男孩因为内心缺少归属感，觉得活着没意思并以威胁父母劝他上学……因此要想培养一个心理健全、行为正常的孩子，父母必须首先学习正确的处理自己的情绪和夫妻间的感情问题。
在以后教育孩子的时候要调整好自己的情绪，要想想孩子平时的进步和可爱的地方心情也会随之转好，平时注意小心观察孩子的反应，根据他们的状态随时调整自己的应对方式。要尽量把工作和家庭的琐事与教育孩子分开，让孩子感受到父母的爱。

2013年2月19日晚上，我收看了2012感动中国十大人物颁奖典礼，在那一幕幕的感人画面面前我禁不住数次潸然泪下。其中林俊德院士表现出的吃苦耐劳、敬业建功和爱国奉献的精神，为我们提供了一个知识分子的完美范本，值得我们认真学习。他那强烈的爱国心，责任心和奉献精神更深深的打动了我们每一个中国人。
林院士有终身不渝的爱国情怀。他的生活极其简单，除了吃饭睡觉，所有的时间都用来搞研究，做工作。不管人生的道路有多少曲折，不管生活的环境有多么艰苦，不管事业的发展有多少坎坷，他都一如既往，奋勇向前。
爱国、敬业、奉献，这样的理念已经融入了林院士的生命。所以，在生命倒计时的日子里，他依然坚守这一切，他坦然、淡定，把病痛甚至生命的长度都抛到脑后，在生命的最后时刻依然在争分夺秒地工作。热爱祖国、敬业奉献，对林俊德这一代优秀知识分子而言绝非空洞的口号，而是不折不扣地用自己的'生命来践行。他是我们这个民族真正的英雄。
其实我想，生活中有太多太多的人在自己平凡的生命中感动着别人，也感动着中国。也许我们身为普通的教师或学生，无力去做一些感天动地的事情，但是我衷心希望我们颛中的每位学生都能特别牢记颛中校园礼仪三字歌中的最后一句话：好少年，珍时光；齐努力，立大志。希望你们珍惜宝贵的人生黄金时光，每天认认真真踏踏实实地努力学好科学文化知识，长大后也能象林俊德院士一样报孝祖国。愿我们师生们都能好好珍惜每一天，用心努力想着为别人做些什么，为学校和班集体做些什么，为家庭做些什么，那我们也会成为一个感动颛中的人。

xxxx年xx月xxx,在xxx中学我有幸领略了两位教师的教学风采。此次观摩,让我对新课改和科学教学有了更深的认识。使我认识到了真正一堂好课应该脱掉花俏的外套,在有限的课堂时间内更有效地让学生自主学习、积极探究,且学有所获。
一直以为公开课是外在的绚丽,并不能真正做到知识的落实,是不适合作为平常课的。而此次的公开课让我深刻感受到什么才是有效的课堂教学,到底如何才能真正在课堂中提升学生科学素养。两位老师的课件并没有我想象中的美观,但非常的实在、实用。他们的导入简单明了,用时短,但又能很好地吸引学生的注意力。我感到他们并不是花很多精力来对课进行外在的包装,而是如何挖深教材,讲透教材。他们巧妙的引导与实验设计,
课堂教学是展示教师的教学智慧,只有闪烁着智慧,充满着创意,课的内容才会生动、深刻。两位老师几乎每个实验设计都闪烁着智慧的火花。每个创新都成了本堂课的闪光点,也是最值得听课者学习的亮点。
课堂上,教师能主动引导学生积极思考,设置悬念,为每一个学生提供了学习、探究的机会和有效的指导;能考虑到学生与学生间的差异,在探究、评价上具有多样性和灵活性;能鼓励和帮助(包括适时地提供工具,在必要的时候教给他们更有效地开展探究的过程与方法等学生,引导他们最终能够找到他们感兴趣的现象和问题的答案,并引导学生自己得出结论。
总之,我的这次学习使我深刻认识到自己在科学课上的不足,在这几位老师的身上我要学习的很多,我在今后的教学中要改进的方面很多,我一定会努力下去,让我们的科学课真正的有所改观。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.
