桂花不仅可供观赏，而且还有食用价值。屈原的《九歌》中，便有“援骥斗兮酌桂浆”、“奠桂兮椒浆”的诗句。可见我国饮桂花酿酒的年代，已是相当久远。

中秋节到了，中秋节的习俗有很多，而且每个地方的习俗都不太一样，中国传统文化博大精深，真的是耐人寻味，唯一不变的就是天上的月亮了，中秋节这天的月亮是最美的，它的月光能够照亮整片天空，为每一个想家的人指明方向。
我们福州的习俗可多了，有摆塔，吃鲤鱼饼，还有“捡月光”。
中秋摆塔，是把各种各样的塔摆在一个台上，展示给台下的观众们看。传说，曾经有一位将军打完胜仗来到福州，刚好就是中秋节，福州在当时又是一个多塔城市。所以老百姓们为了获得好运，就各自拿出自家的塔摆在门口，获得好运。现在福州出名的只剩白塔和乌塔了，其他塔呢?它们都经过时光的流失而消失了。
“吃月饼了!”我们福州吃的可不是常见的月饼，而是鲤鱼饼。做成两条鲤鱼形成对称，代表着福州人给亲朋好友送去“年年有余”和“鲤鱼跳龙门”的意思。福州人还把像鲤鱼饼的挂饰戴在儿女身上，愿儿女的学习像“鲤鱼跳龙门”一样红红火火。鲤鱼饼的味道可美了，两条鲤鱼并在一起，就像一个月亮，吃一个美滋滋的，你想不想尝一个鲤鱼饼呢?
最有意思的要数“捡月光”了。传说每当中秋节时，月亮上会掉落下一个月光，只有心地善良的孩子才能捡到它，谁捡到它就等于捡到了好运。所以孩子们一吃完晚饭后就会出来急急忙忙地找月光，8点过后月光就消失了，孩子们也就各自回家了。
这三个风俗各有各的风趣，中秋之夜，你有没有过这三个风俗呢?这就是我和爸爸、妈妈一家三口过的中秋节。这时，我突然想起在加拿大的外公、外婆和在澳大利亚的爷爷、奶奶，他们真是“独在异乡为异客”，而我又是“每逢佳节倍思亲”啊。
