第一步：配好辅料：葱、姜、蒜；拿出白糖、醋、盐；粉面水包含两小勺红薯粉，一小勺白面放入半碗水中搅匀。
第二步：炸丸子。妈妈说这一步非常重要，丸子想外焦里嫩就要炸到位，炸的时候丸子的肉香扑鼻而来，勾起了我的馋虫。
第三步：炒锅放少许油，冒烟后加入葱、姜、蒜，随后又依次放入白糖、盐、醋、粉面水，加热至变色透明，翻后尝一尝味汁酸甜可口便可放入炸好的丸子，这下OK了！裹着琼汁的丸子在阳光下尤如晶莹剔透的宝珠放在如白玉般的盘子内，飘出诱人的香味，夹一颗放入口中预想滑酸甜的味汁包着焦脆酥嫩的肉丸，哇！妈妈这糖醋丸子能否让我一个人全包了，可以吗？
原来小小的一道糖醋丸子也要这么多步骤呀！怪不得吃起来满口余香，百吃不厌呢。

nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
