如果一个人想要成就一番大事业，那么自信是不可或缺的。
美国的一个舞蹈家年轻时多次考舞蹈学院都没有考上，十分沮丧。有一次，一个老太太把她带到一个大花园中，告诉她只要她能找到传说中的六重花瓣的胭脂兰，上帝就会帮助她。然而胭脂兰从来都是五重花瓣的，因此女孩找了一天也没找到。这时老太太叫住女孩，然后随手掐下一个胭脂兰的花骨朵，说：\"凭我多年的经验，这一定是你要找的六重花瓣的胭脂兰，现在我把她送给你，也把好运送给你。\"女孩信以为真，顿时有了信心，相信自己一定能够成功。于是，在后一次的选拔中，她脱颖而出，终于被录取了。
其实，在这个世界上，没有六重花瓣的胭脂兰，之前，是因为小女孩太没有自信，以至于没有被录取，后来，他相信了老太太的`话，认为六重胭脂兰可以带给他好运，他有了自信，所以，成功的几率就大了许多，自信，是成功的一个必要因素。
还有一个非常出名的故事，可以证明，自信比实力更加重要。
哈佛大学的罗森塔尔博士曾在加州一所学校做过一个的实验。新学年开始时，罗森塔尔博士让校长把三位教师叫进办公室，对他们说：“根据你们过去的教学表现，你们是本校秀的老师，因此，我们特意挑选了100名全校最聪明的学生组成三个班让你们教，这些学生的智商比其他的孩子都高，希望你们能让他们取得更好的成绩。”三位老师高兴地表示一定尽力。校长又叮嘱他们，对待这些孩子，要像平常一样，不要让孩子或孩子的家长知道他们是被特意挑选出来的，老师们都暗自窃喜答应了。
一年之后，这三个班的学生成绩果然排在整个学区的前面。然而这时，校长告诉了老师们真相：这些学生并不是被刻意选出的秀的学生，只不过是随机抽取的最普通的学生。老师们没想到会是这样，都认为自己的教学水平确实高。这时校长文告诉了他们另一个真相，那就是，他们也不是被特意挑选出的全校秀的教师，也不过是随机抽出的普通老师罢了。
这个结果正是博士所料到的：这三位老师都认为自己是秀的，并且学生又都是高智商的，因此对教学工作充满了信心，工作自然非常卖力气，结果肯定非常好了。
其实，实力并不是最重要的，虽然重要，但也没有自信重要，有了自信，就可以掌握全局。

世界上没有人是完美的，像我，常常忘东忘西。因此有时候，我会想成为一个完美无缺的人，可是，每个人都有缺点，所以这是个难以实现的心愿，但是，天生我材必有用，所以将来我一定会成为一个有用的人。
每个人都有缺点和优点，而我的优点是有许多朋友;缺点是哭点很低。对我而言，缺点就像缠人的壁虎，随时跟在我的身边，可真缠人，每天都突然冒出来，害我在大家面前出糗，而且就是因为缺点，才害我越来越胆小，不太敢在大家面前表演。所以，为了要克服缺点，我会自我催眠，心里想：相信自己超级棒!并且会越来越棒!其实，我真的很棒……，只不过偶尔会出错，但是我还是喜欢我的优点，也相信这些优点让我的生活变得缤纷美妙!
我觉得自信心对人很重要，一个没有自信的人，他的生活会充满着恐惧，他的生命要靠着自己克服障碍，才能变成一个开朗又充满自信的人。
希望我的缺点可以快点修正，让自己变得更有自信，不要胆怯。如果脑袋不灵光，多做一些加强脑部的训练就好，只要我们多往正面一点的地方想，一定就会从璞玉变成一颗众所瞩目的钻石，散发光芒!

He and I are in the same school and in the same class. So, we can help each other. We alway play in the school together. he likes to do thing I like. He lives in the Ningbo Jiangdong, so he hardly came to my home in Zhenghai but I alway go to his home on weekends and he sometimes will come to my home on weekends. Sometimes we will fight but we alway get along well.
His mother is a doctor in the Li-Hui-Li hospital and I know where her office is. His father is a worker in the Bei-Lun power plant. He is a head of a group. So, his father has a lot of work to do.
He and I are in the same school. We usually have a good time so he is my best friend.
