在我记忆的深处，有一个人，她让我很感动。感动是一种无形的东西，用肉眼望不见，只有用心灵才能感受得到。我就曾被这样的一个人感动过。那一次，我还记忆犹新，仿佛就像昨天发生的一样……
她浓眉大眼，脸红红的像一个苹果，有一种扑面而来的亲切感。她就是我的好朋友——蔡晓琳。她做了一件让我感动的事。在一个星期六的早晨，我约她去公园玩，我们如约见面在公园的树林深处我们发现了一只受伤的小狗，小狗全身雪白，唯独腿上涌现出鲜，我感受到了那剧烈的疼痛，小狗的眼睛里含着泪花，我想：“也许，小狗不想为一点伤而热泪吧!”蔡晓琳抱起小狗往宠物医院跑，我察觉到蔡晓琳似乎也要哭了。我安慰她说：“小狗一定会没事的。”蔡晓琳加快步伐了，她嘴里不停地念着：“小狗忍一忍，很快你就不痛了。”我被蔡晓琳的
善良打动了。我觉得她这样的朋友真是开心，我真是“身在福中不知福。”
蔡晓琳让我感动，是因为她有一颗“钻石”一样的心。感动，是人间最美好的情感，感动常常使人由衷的敬佩，我们的心湖会不断因一些人和事而荡起阵阵涟漪，这一幕幕的事发生在身边，使人感到无比敬佩。

Today is Monday. I got up at 6:30 a.m.. Then I washed my face and ate breakfast. Milk, bread, egg and porridge are my favorites. My mother always gets up early and cooks for me. This morning, I drank a cup of milk and ate bread and an egg.
After breakfast, I went to school at 7:00. School started at 7:50 and I usually get there at 7:30. I had English, history, math and geography in the morning. 岳飞，一个耳熟能详的名字。他是南宋军事家，中国历史上著名的抗金名将、战略家、军事家。岳飞出生在1103，于1142去世。
他姓岳名飞字鹏举，是汉族人。北宋相州汤阴县永和乡孝悌里(今河南省安阳市汤阴县菜园镇程岗村人。中国历史上著名战略家、军事家、民族英雄、抗金名将。岳飞在军事方面的才能则被誉为宋、辽、金、西夏时期最为杰出的军事统帅、连结河朔之谋的缔造者。同时又是两宋以来最年轻的建节封侯者。南宋中兴四将(岳飞、韩世忠、张俊、刘光世之首。岳飞的故事可歌可泣，短暂的一生做了许多惊天动地的大事情。政和四年，十二岁。从陈广学击技，一县无敌。绍兴四年，三十二岁。五月，襄阳陷落，岳飞出师。岳飞复郢州，李成弃襄阳去，岳飞遂复襄阳府。复败李成于新野市。六月，岳飞挥师北伐，收复襄阳六郡。八月，岳飞为清远军节度使。九月，金、伪齐合兵南侵淮西。飞奉诏出师，败金人于庐州，金人退师。
岳飞在短短大约一年的时间内，就做出了这么多惊人的事情。其在出师北伐、壮志未酬的悲愤心情下写的千古绝唱《满江红》，至今仍是令人士气振奋的佳作。传唱最广的是岳飞的《满江红·怒发冲冠》： 怒发冲冠，凭栏处，潇潇雨歇。 抬望眼，仰天长啸，壮怀激烈。 三十功名尘与土，八千里路云和月。 莫等闲、白了少年头，空悲切。 靖康耻，犹未雪。 臣子恨，何时灭。 驾长车，踏破贺兰山缺。 壮志饥餐胡虏肉，笑谈渴饮匈奴。待从头，收拾旧山河，朝天阙。
岳飞的这些事情使我深深感动。因为他对宋朝朝廷十分忠诚;军中记律严明;威名战功。孙中山曾这样评价他：岳飞魂，是中华民族的精神代表，也就是中华魂。

When I was in high school, there was a teacher who taught me more than that in was a very kind boy, 4 or 5 years older than us and taught us geography. We all liked to take his class, though geography was not our major course.
What impressed me a lot was his could see him always got angry only when we were too noisy in class,he often played soccer with used to be a very believable defender and never fouled on any of us.
We all liked to call him "Teacher Miao" and he was just like a friend, not a sonsy personality inspired me to be kind to everyone I was my well-beloved "Teacher Miao".
