国际聋人体育联合会(International Sports Federation for the Deaf，简称ISFD成立于1924年，总部设在丹麦。主席是美国加勒德特学院的朱丹。其宗旨是：通过体育达到平等，并积极组织聋人的体育竞赛。每四年举办一次世界聋人运动会。到目前为止已举行了16届世界聋人运动会。
该联合会共有45个会员国，我国聋人体育协会是国际聋人体育联合会的正式会员。
