以大学生职业发展规划与就业指导公共必修课程为基础，在一、二、三年级分“职业生涯规划”、“职业素养与技能提升”、“职业素质拓展训练”和“就业指导”四个模块以公共必修课的形式开展职前指导。除了必修课程外，多维合力多种途径作为有效补充，长期开展一对一就业咨询、大中小型招聘会指导、就业主题沙龙、职业专家讲座、创业者论坛和创业讲座等主题活动。四模块贯穿于整个大学四年，聘请校外职业培训专家、企业高管和企业培训师多名，教师年龄结构和职称结构合理，每个教学模块成立一个教研组，确定负责人，加强课堂教学研究建设。各个模块教学大纲确定基本调子，就是结合实践讲，结合就业指导讲，结合职场讲，结合思想实际讲，结合就业形势讲，结合就业观念讲。采取面试观摩课、企业家讲座课等灵活多样的授课形式。职业技能培养结合各个专业技能训练，各专业设立职业技能训练中心，按照统筹规划的原则，师范类专业设立“教师职业技能训练中心”，其他专业各自设立职业技能训练中心。
