我是一名中专学生，班主任是一个29岁的年轻人，但是他看起来很老。他姓罗，我叫他老罗。
每次我叫他老罗，他都会问我:“我有那么老吗？”这时候我就改口叫他“罗东”，意思是罗董事长。听完他的话，他笑了，好像他真的是那个时刻的董事长，但实际上他还是一个教数学的班主任。
在小学和初中，我排斥“班主任”这个词，因为小学和初中的班主任都很严格，我没有发言权。
初中的时候，班主任是个40多岁的女人。因为值班扫地的问题，和一个校长大吵了一架。班主任看到我之后，连骂都不想骂。作为一个“失败者”，这是一种耻辱！骂完后，我还让我向学霸道歉。当时真的`很想说“不要看！”当时扫地倒垃圾的是我，但是校长什么也没做，在黑板上画着，说他在学习，叫我不要影响他。我想定座位的时候，让他过来帮忙，他还是没来。我只是说他什么都不会做，浪费国家粮食。他回复我:“你不识字，就是浪费国粮！”我又骂了一句:“你出去找工作的时候，老板会叫你天天给他读书吗？”纸上谈兵，嘴上说却不实践的书呆子！稍微稍微！“这次，被班主任看到了。
之后班主任找我要东西，我会推脱，比如搬校服搬书的苦差事。我推脱的时候，她嘲讽地说:“我不会读书，我什么都不会做！走出社会，饿你！”这的确是她的原话，也促成了我和她初中三年的对峙。
但是到了中专以后，我的新班主任就爱笑，爱开玩笑。每次放假，她都会在QQ群里发几十块钱的红包。虽然一个班的人分担的少了一点，但也足以表明她的心意。还有一个密码红包:“祝我们班的同志们青年节快乐！”我们班没有女生，但都是男的。因为选的专业不太受女生欢迎，1000多人的全系只有两个女的。所以，我们经常自嘲为“同性恋”。
到了这个年纪，我们往往没有足够的钱花，所以罗东就成了我们的提款机。没钱的时候会想到找罗东。当然，班主任也需要养家糊口。一个人最多只能借一百，但是足够了。
班主任管好我们了，上课玩手机，基本不睡觉。一周30节课，班主任只上两节课。班主任教数学。他第一次教我们的时候，给了一个初中的称号。结果我们班没几个人能做到，他给了一个小学称号，我们勉强应付。原来他是在衡量我们的水平，结果却让他很失望，但失望不代表放弃。他简单地教我们什么是一维线性方程，一维二次方程，等等...虽然过程很长，但他会耐心解释，不管尖子生和尖子生，他都会一视同仁。
有些喜欢表演的人经常说自己学到了什么。班主任不会很高兴，反而会问一个很难的问题，打压那个所谓无所不知的学生。
