第三课是廖智讲的`。廖智在汶川大地震中失去了双腿，失去了父母，女儿，公公婆婆等一切亲人。当她醒来时，她的身体痛得拧成一团。她觉得自己还可以跳舞，而别人，好像不这么想……但她决定，带上假肢，继续跳。经过她自己的努力，她可以跳舞，也适应了带假肢的生活。
