6、利用职务之便组织或介绍学生到个人或社会力量培训机构有偿补课、有偿辅导、有偿办班并从中获利。

7、以赢利为目的的其它形式的补课、辅导、办班。

8、擅自举办各类有偿培训班或兴趣班。
