一天，我实在没事干，就找来一包盐、一个鸡蛋和一只盆，开始做实验。
说干就干，我马上放了一盆水，又把鸡蛋放进去，再找了一把勺子，把盐倒进碗里，一勺一勺地放进水里。
当我放完第一勺盐时，鸡蛋没有什么变化，我想：老兄，你咋没反应呢？太不给力了！算了，再放一勺吧……于是，我又放了第二勺盐，可鸡蛋还是没变化，我想：用手搅和搅和也许鸡蛋就有反应了吧。于是我开始用手在水中搅合起来。5分钟过后，我手都酸了，可鸡蛋还是一动不动。于是我开始放第三勺盐，这回我心想：这下你该有变化了吧？可鸡蛋老兄还是一动不动。“鸡蛋老兄，你不给力就不给力呗，但你总得给个面子吧。罢了罢了，一会儿再放一勺盐吧。”我无奈的说道。我又放了一勺，边放边说：“最后一勺了，最后一勺了……这位兄弟你再不动，我还不伺候你了呢，再加盐就要发动第五次世界大战了，我可要招受千斤顶压力了。”当第五勺盐放完时，我闭上眼睛，双手合起，内心暗暗祷告：“菩萨，显灵吧，让鸡蛋浮上来吧。”过了一会儿，我慢慢睁开眼睛，发现这回鸡蛋真的如我所愿浮起来了，我忍不住大声说道：“鸡蛋老兄，你可真是‘犹抱琵琶半遮面，千呼万唤始出来’啊。”
实验成功了，可鸡蛋为什么会浮起来呢？于是，我又上网查找原因：原来盐水的比重比水的比重大，浮力大，所以鸡蛋会漂浮在盐水中。
通过这次试验，我明白了，科学就在身边，只要我们仔细观察，用心思考，动手去做，就会发现许多奥秘。
