记得那是我6岁的时候，我看见妈妈买回来一大袋的香瓜子。当妈妈放下袋子的时候，我便像离弦的箭一样跑到袋子的前面，把袋子撕地七零八落，取出了一包香瓜子。当我吃着香喷喷的瓜子时，不禁问妈妈：“妈妈，这些这么香的瓜子从哪儿得到的呢？”妈妈耐心地对我说：“这些瓜子是由向日葵那里得来的，只要种下一颗花籽，就能种出许多美味的香瓜子。”我听着听着就流下了口水，脑海中并想出了一个计划。
我把一包香瓜子全种在地里，浇了许多桶水。可是一个星期过去了，也还没看见香瓜子长出来。我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。于是，我就把香瓜子全挖了出来。挖出来一看，香瓜子不但没有长出鲜嫩的小花苗，反而上面还有许多小蚯蚓。我就把这件奇怪的事告诉了全家人，家人们笑得前仰后翻，我不知道怎么回事，就带着疑惑的心情问妈妈：“妈妈，大家为什么要笑啊？”妈妈笑着说：“儿子，你拿煮熟的香瓜子去种，当然种不出向日葵，只有生的香瓜子才能种出向日葵，不信你就试一试。”在妈妈的帮助下，我种的向日葵终于长出了小花苗。
这件事，虽然已经过去了很久，但是这件童年趣事像天边的一颗璀璨的星星，永远留在我心中的星空上。

那大国工匠都是什么样的工人?他们都是在第一线辛勤工作的平凡工人，他们有钳工，有捞纸工，有研磨工等等，无一例外，都是平凡的普通工人，他们不是领导，不是富翁，甚至不是高学历，但他们每一个人都靠着对职业技能的完美追求，靠着对技术的`忠实传承和钻研，靠着几十年如一日的专注和坚守，与平凡的工作中掌握不平凡的技能，成为国家国宝级的顶级技工，成为一个领域不可或缺的人才。

《工匠精神》这本书，说真的，不是我会主动寻阅的类型。迫于无奈，我翻阅了：粗看;但是很多故事链接，却吸引我细看这本书。其中最能引起我共鸣的是：用智慧驾驭自己的情绪，先处理心情，再处理事情，敬业会让自己变得出类拔萃，才能实现自我价值。
并不是每个人都喜欢本职工作，每天不停的重复的工作说真的每个人都会厌烦，觉得工作没有一点挑战性，都是会累的，都会抱怨，工作忙，工作累，工作是受罪，这工作不归我管……从而我们会慢慢变得马虎、懒散等等，对工作不认真负责的状况屡屡发生。可是发生之后，更多的手尾等着你来跟……
作为一个海大工作三年的我，首先上述情况我亲身过：认为这不过就是一份工作，无论我是否认真对待，只要不出问题就好，我一样拿相应的薪水，领导一样不知道。可是时间久了，你会发现，这种心态令自己心情严重压抑，真的觉得自己很老很老了……通过这本书己受益匪浅，真的理解了许多，找到了自己工作的定位：做一个善良坦诚的人，因为只有用感恩的心去对待人和事，拥有良好的心态，才能把事情做得最好;明白了即使不能带动气氛，但至少不做气氛的破坏者，有效沟通，永远保持初学者的心态，才能保持自己心态年轻，心情愉悦;把化验结果和化验室管理做好了，才是对自己和别人负责，敬业会让自己变得出类拔萃。只有找准了自己的工作定位，才能引导自己向价值型员工进化，才能实现自我价值。
《工匠精神》这本书告诉我们，实现自我价值，首先要找准自己的工作定位，乐于做。

也许我们受了情绪的影响，也许我们在工作的时候根本不知道要完成什么样的结果，只管我在做这份工作，我做了这份工作，至于工作的结果和质量跟我没什么关系，那就大错特错了。品管工作重质，向来要求对工作的认真、严谨，原则性强，化验室更是如此。化验结果和化验工作的质量直接关系着原料及成品的质量。
“用心做事”是一种人生原则，它能使自己在生活中学到更多，做得更好，只有用心做事，才能把事做出色。“用心做事”是对工作强烈的责任感和正确的思维方式。态度决定一切。
当近红外上线后，很多化验员担心自己会被机器取代，认为化验这一行没有出路：其实这种担心完全不必，近红外的一切结果均来源于湿化学，近红外需要我们时时的维护，验证。足够的细心、信心，你的工作绝对出类拔萃。姑且认为这是海大企业为我们化验员搭建了实现价值的平台吧，维护好近红外的有序运行也是实现自我价值的一个很重要的方面。
化验员是文员，每天要像文员一样花时间在做报表统计化验工作，报表多而繁复;化验员是生产工：化验室就是一条严谨的流水线，但产品不是实体的，而是一窜窜严谨的数字：原料到货，化验室会在第一时间内出结果再安排卸货，争取不浪费司机及卸货工人的一分一秒;成品出库，化验室争取第一时间出检测指标，尽量不让一吨的化验指标不合格成品流入市场;生产异常，化验室也争取第一时间出结果，尽量不再产生一顿的不合格成品，协助控制生产成本;采购送样，检测必要指标，协助选择优质供应商;市场样抽检，巡检关键指标，以市场为导向，为配方师提供准确可靠的数据……
作为普通的一名饲料检化验员，在普通的岗位上做着普通的工作，认真执行每一步检测流程，不以物喜，不以已悲;工作繁琐不抱怨，实验失败不气馁，工作重复需，工作责任勇承担，实现自己工作价值的同时，也为茂名海龙的饲料质量管理贡献自己一份微薄但是磅礴的力量。
