1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。
I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"
3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。
修改后：
The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。
"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。
"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。
"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"
And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。
When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。

事件：20xx年6月xx日6点左右在绵阳市游仙区发生的打人事件，执法机关为绵阳市游仙区东津派出所，执法人员警号为030813。
受害方陈诉：在20xx年6月xx日早上，肇事人（一个20多岁气方刚的青年人）开车从受害人（一个年过五旬身体瘦弱的中老年人）身边经过，开车速度极快，幸亏受害人躲闪及时以至于没发生危险，在此情况下，受害人以教育的语气予以劝导。谁知肇事人不分青红皂白停车下来就对受害人就是一通口头威胁，受害人就进行口头反驳劝其行为是错误的，紧接着肇事人就对受害人大打出手。请问一个50多岁身体瘦弱的人怎么能扛得住一个气方刚的青年人的手打脚踢，围观好心群众看此情况好心打报警电话报警。
警察在多人打电话十余分钟后才到达事发现场，将其两人带走。当时的情况是受害人头部已经大量流，可悲的是当时执法人员(警号为030813却将受害人带到了派出所而不是医院，敢问人民警察的职责不是保证人民群众的人身和财产安全吗？受害人到了派出所还在继续流，派出所的前厅凳子上还有大滩迹（可悲了普通的老百姓不懂现场取证照下当时的情况），经过在派出所的一番折腾后，才将受害人送往医院，当时受害人由于失过多到医院已昏迷，我在想要是第一时间将受害人送到医院会不会因为失过多而造成昏迷呢？
受害人家属相继赶到医院，当时仅仅只有受害人家属在医院安排相应的检查等。家属在医院安顿好受害人之后，赶到派出所了解情况，可当家属到派出所之后听到当时执法人员(警号为030813说的话却是“肇事人已经放了，你们家属先把受害人医好，对方答应赔偿”作为一个受害人的亲属听到这句话就懵了，怎么能就把人放了呢?都还不知道伤者的伤势如何，就直接放人了，万一病人出现危险怎么办？万一肇事人逃逸怎么办？我不得不怀疑当时执法人员的举措是否合适？是否符合执行此类事件的正常程序?受害方所有家属都觉得无法想象受害人伤的如此的重，执法机关却给的是这个答案，于是就开始咨询相应的情况，当时执法人员(警号为030813非常不耐烦，以自己很忙各种推脱，且态度极其恶劣，最后甚至说出“你们家属不好好医病人，我到时要找你们问责”请问究竟谁是受害者，怎么感觉我方既是肇事人又是受害人一样？完全和真正的肇事人一点关系都没有了。可怜了普普通通的老百姓无依无靠，没有什么社会关系，无路可走，只有听当时执法人员的安排回去老老实实的照顾病人，自己拿出唯一点点的积蓄，全部搭上了。
20xx年6月15日，事发第二天，医院告知已经欠费，于是受害人找到派出所要肇事人承担医药费，派出所的人员根据肇事人留下的联系方式进行联系，联系方式已经联系不上肇事人了。于是受害人家属就联系当时处理此次事件的`执法人员(警号为030813，谁知对方的态度极其恶劣，对受害方家属完全致于不顾。在此种情况下，我不得不怀疑职责就是保证老百姓人身安全的人究竟是不是在一心为了百姓?受害人家属失望至极……
20xx年6月16日，受害人家属再次找到派出所希望能解决医药费的问题，处理此次事件的执法人员(警号为030813依旧态度恶劣，对几名受害人家属凶神恶煞、大吵大闹……后面肇事人的父亲到来，在医院象征性的交了部分费用，此事件暂时缓和下来。
以上就是事件发生三天来的经过，针对这三天执法人员(警号为030813的态度，我方后续还有那么多问题需要去协商处理，照这样下去，我们究竟还能不能保证自己的安全、还能不能得到应有的公平待遇？一大家人的主心骨就这么在医院，一大家子人还等着吃饭呢？
此信为一个普普通通老百姓的亲身经历，全部属实，没有达官贵人之类的亲戚、没有大笔家产的资本，无处求助，唯独只有通过这样来陈诉自己的委屈。
