北海市纪委在认真组织本委局机关干部认真收看专题的同时，第一时间下发通知，要求一县三区、市直各单位各部门组织党员干部及时收看，并明确要求水产畜牧兽医局、水库移民局等发案单位和相关涉农部门组织集体观看。据悉，20日当晚，北海市各级机关、学校、医院、社区村屯认真党员干部群众组织观看《使命与担当》专题片，各方反响强烈，党员干部纷纷表示受教育、受鼓舞。在银海区福城镇东山村，近百民群众自发组织到村委的文化广场大型LED屏前收看，有群众动情地说，“看到这么多党员干部敢担当，敢负责，为我们老百姓办实事、办好事，我们很欣慰很高兴。党和国家都努力为百姓，我们自己也要努力搞好生产，争取早日过上更美好的生活。”
