Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing. I like this trip!

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. For me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.人们去旅游有的乘飞机、有的坐火车、坐船、乘公共汽车。对我来说在暑假，最好的方式是徒步旅行。
My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. 俗话说：“舒服不如倒着，好吃不如饺子。”今天，妈妈为了改善生活，决定包我最喜欢吃的青菜猪肉馅饺子。说干就干，妈妈立马开始忙活起来。我也洗了洗手，和妈妈学着包饺子。
妈妈教我，先让我把饺子皮拿起来放在手心里，然后去用筷子夹了些饺子馅，放在饺子皮里，然后妈妈叫我捏紧饺子。但我一捏饺子的左边，右边的馅一下子就出来，我又捏住饺子的右边，左边的馅又出来了，最后我想了一个办法，两边同时捏，我试了试，两边都不露馅了，可是我用力太大，饺子的小肚子破了，妈妈帮我又拿了一张皮包住了破的饺子。
一个饺子勉勉强强地包好了，虽然卖相不好看，但也是我的第一个劳动成果。我并没有打退堂鼓，又和妈妈包了起来。妈妈包的饺子非常饱满，像打了胜仗的大将军，样子很好看，可我包的饺子似乎没上战场就趴下了。这次，我一屁股坐在椅子上不干了，妈妈说：“我来教你。”在妈妈的指导下，我越包越好，妈妈直夸我是个聪明伶俐的孩子。不一会儿我就包了好几个饺子。这下，我包的饺子就像一个个大元宝。
