今天，因为哥哥的腿前几天摔伤了，我和妈妈不得不在浦江的骨科医院陪他住院，爸爸仍在义乌辛苦工作。在这么糟糕的情况下，我想爸爸的生日可能过不成了吧？
妈妈大概是由于心烦意乱，压根儿没提爸爸生日的.事，也猜不透妈妈的心里在想啥，我更不敢当面打破砂锅问到底。呆坐在病床前，我忽然觉得很愧疚，生日连着两年都没过了，生日礼物也没有……
“临时抱佛脚”，有啥用呢？情急之下没处买礼物了呗，买了也没法送了呗！我不禁盼望起慈爱的奶奶来，还是奶奶平时唠叨得有道理：“你们一定要记住，古话说得好，晴时带伞，饱时带饭！”
可奶奶这么大年纪了，也没法儿帮我呀，我也不好意思跟奶奶说。似乎奶奶也忘了爸爸的生日？做母亲的会把自己生儿子阵痛的时刻也忘了吗？我也不知道在如此的心境下，做儿子的爸爸会把自己的母亲我的奶奶邀来同庆生日吗？
一切都不得而知……
于是，我想到了给爸爸打电话，但在电话里又不好意思说什么。
这下难倒我了！正想着该如何才能传递信息时，忽然，灵机一动，想到了，最近我不是都喜欢发信息吗？现在也可以发信息呀！
很快，简简单单的几个字“爸爸，祝您生日快乐！”就发出去了。
不一会儿，我收到了回信。爸爸不但没有责怪我，反而感谢了我“朴素而平淡”的生日祝福。我心就是甜！开心极了！

秋风轻轻的张开了嘴，吹落了树上的树叶，枯黄而憔悴无助的叶子似乎带着几分苦涩，悄悄地，无声无息的融入大地母亲温暖而无私的怀抱。我仿佛就像那叶子，无奈而孤独。新的一天已经焕然一新，与众不同了，我翻开了日历，不经意间发现那天竟是我的生日。
我高兴极了，一年才一次生日，我想一定可以收到许多礼物了吧？可我走出房间一看，在厨房里精心准备饭菜的妈妈，在客厅和同事谈话的爸爸，说的有声有色，在写作业的哥哥，一切的一切看着那么的平静，却又那么的心凉。
相比起来无比漫长的这一天，一天的时光悄悄的从我身边溜走，天已黑了，爸爸妈妈依旧不知今天是我的生日，我做出了一个决定——我自己过生日。
我悄悄下楼买了一个小的生日蛋糕，插上了那代表我的年龄的十三支蜡烛，嘴里唱着生日快乐歌……自己孤独的许愿又吹灭蜡烛，一个人吃着蛋糕，抬头仰望星空，不禁流下热泪，在这个晚上，没有人走进我的房间来给我那个“异想天开”的惊喜，他们也不知道我到底在干什么，我的心里冷冰冰的.，碎了一地，盲目地我不知怎样才能拼凑成一个完整而炽热的心。那一夜的孤独、寂寞没人可以体会，也没人理解。至今，爸爸妈妈依旧没有提过我生日的那回事，我也没故意提起那件事来试图勾起他们的回忆。
只记得，那一夜，大家都全然忘却，只有我，一个人，嘴里哼唱着生热快乐歌，泪水打湿了眼眶，孤单地躺在床上熬过那孤独又漫长的一天。自己也对自己呢喃：“很痛，忍一忍，残忍的回忆留给会痛的人。”
