走进学校，映入眼帘的是一座高大的雕像，它叫“托起明天的太阳”这座雕像矗立在这座学校的中轴线上。雕像的北面是实验楼和老师办公楼。东面是一个不大的小卖部，西面是几座红墙黑瓦的小房子，听说这几座房子还有一个来历：据说当时是因为几个外国人来到这里以后没地方住，所以才依照他们的喜好盖了这几座“洋房”。
经过雕像继续往里走，就到了教学楼。教学楼总体分为两大部分，中间是一个巷道。经过巷道又有一个雕像，这个雕像是两个人奔跑的样子，这座雕像栩栩如生，雕刻的人物表情非常严肃但却不呆板。听说这座雕像叫做“奔向未来”。雕像后面就是学生公寓，公寓下面是一个不大的餐厅。
顺着学生公寓右侧的一条小路可以到达操场，操场是一个长约100米宽约80米的一个长方形。操场上有各式各样的运动器械，还有一个弧形的跑道。
这所学校布局非常合理。老师办公楼、教学楼、学生公寓楼、餐厅等使人一目了然。这所学校也有很深的\'文化内涵。圣语墙、雕像、墙上的字画等，总之所有的让你认为不起眼的地方都可以找出一些富有内涵诗句、字画或标语出来。

我们的学校 我们的学校是绵阳市第十三中学，位于绵阳科技城西大门——涪城区磨家镇。这里环境优美、交通便利、文化气氛浓厚，是一个理想的读书的地方。
我们的学校修建于20xx年，占地二十四亩。主要由教学楼、综合楼和学生宿舍楼构成，每栋各有五层。教学楼每层四间教室，是全
校各个年级同学学习的场所。教室里窗明几净，安装了有线电视和小喇叭，教室前后都是现代化的黑板。每个教室大约有六十多个平方，可以坐上五六十个学生。教学楼的一二三层是小学的各个年级，四五楼是中学的各年级。在综合楼上有各类实验室、网络教室、图书室和多媒体教室。中小学的教师办公室、各个行政办公室等都在综合楼上。学生宿舍每层大约有24间，四五楼住的是小学各年级的学生，二三楼是初中各年级的学生，一楼是老师的集体寝室。每间寝室大约有二十多个平方，另有一个阳台是学生的洗漱间，每间寝室住宿十个学生。学校有大小两个操场，安装了许多健身器材。操场上有两个篮球场，两个排球场和网球场，周围是乒乓球桌。课间课余同学们在这里进行锻炼和开展各项活动。宿舍楼后面是食堂，是同学们生活保障。
