于是我们看到了许多的“怀才不遇”。这些失意者的愤懑如同暗沉的斑，细密的纹，使灵魂陡然沧桑，但是当他们感觉不平时，是否想到过自己的锋芒曾刺痛别人；在开会时，他们无视会场的其他人径自口若悬河时；抑或聚会上，别人表演精心准备的歌曲时，他们却旁若无人，自顾自地一展歌喉……
如果人人都自顾自地四射锋芒，何来和谐？这本不难理解，但是膨胀的虚荣心急切地寻找出口时，他们往往不会在这样“不相干”的问题上费神。
所以隐藏优势是一种适可而止的智慧。很多所谓的“怀才不遇”，不过是很狂妄罢了。
而还有一些“怀才不遇”，似乎是很委屈。他们的确有某方面的优势，但是当他们努力展示时，似乎那一切都毫无价值，于是唯有独自黯然。
这样的悲剧让人同情，却也只是同情，因为他们希翼只凭优势，就能发光。这就如同一个小女孩的梦，如泡沫般绚丽，也如泡沫般脆弱，而湮灭是泡沫的宿命。对于过分宣扬自己优势的依赖暗示着对付诸行动的逃避。他们要么亲手砸碎它，要么等现实砸给他们看。
子曰，“君子欲敏于行而讷于言”。隐藏优势是一种选择证明自己的勇气。锋芒内敛才是真正的大气和自信。
所谓优势，应当是一种恩赐，我们唯有以感恩的心太去接受它，以理性的眼光去看待它，以积极的行动去利用它，方能获得现实的成就，感受心灵的充实，得到真正的尊重。
聚光灯继续发出强烈的光，一片喧嚣中，我仿佛听到一个从容的声音：静以修身，俭以美德，非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远。
