我最喜欢小鸟头饰，所以我想做小鸟头饰。我把课前准备的材料拿出来。有黄色卡纸、黑色卡纸、白色卡纸、桔黄色卡、胶水、剪刀、黑色橡皮筋、钉书机……一切准备好了。首先，我用铅笔在黄色卡纸上画了一个小鸟的头，用剪刀把它剪下来，用白色卡纸剪两个圆，用黑色卡纸剪出小鸟的黑色眼珠子，再用桔黄色的卡纸剪一个椭圆形对折成小鸟的嘴，拿黑色卡纸剪一条黑色的长条。接着把剪下来的长条贴在小鸟头饰后面，最后拿钉书机把橡皮筋钉在黑色长条上。这样我的小鸟头饰做好了。
开始展示作品了，我的作品做的非常好，老师说我做的.下年头饰活灵活现，两只大眼睛下面镶嵌着一个尖尖的嘴巴，好像是小鸟看到了一条虫子张着嘴巴准备去啄似的。我的作品得到了老师和同学们的热烈掌声，我心里美滋滋的。我多么希望能带着我亲手做的小鸟头饰飞上蓝天。游遍整个世界，看看那无边无际的大海，看看那美丽的大草原，看看我们美丽富饶的祖国……

制作饺子最重要的步骤就是做馅料，馅料的种类不一，有三鲜馅儿、猪肉白菜馅等等。例如，做猪肉白菜馅儿，首先把白菜剁碎，放在干净的纱布里，裹住再用力攥多次，使白菜里的水分大量淅出，之后放在一边。然后把猪肉剁成碎末，放在油锅里炸熟，再把闲置在一边的白菜放入锅中，搅拌均匀，最后放入盐、酱油、葱、姜等调料即可。
第二步，制作饺子皮。将面粉倒入大盆中，兑入适量的水，用手和面，使面粉成为糊状的固体后，放置在一边，醒面。若面太软，可加入少量的碱面。面醒好后，用刀将其切成三部分，取其中一部分放在砧板上，双手揉搓，使之成为半径为3厘米左右的圆柱，再横向将圆柱分成若干个小圆柱，用擀面杖将小圆柱擀成圆形面皮，半径3厘米左右，厚度为6毫米适中。
第三步，包饺子。将面皮放在左手掌心中，盛一勺子馅料，放在面皮中心，然后将面皮对折，从一端沿面皮外沿逐渐捏至另一端，要达到捏合处无隙。
第四步，煮饺子。将水倒入锅中，大约锅容积的三分之二，盖上锅盖，烧水。至水烧开后，将饺子沿锅壁放入水中，饺子一开始会沉入锅底，待饺子浮上水面时，代表饺子熟了。
