记得那节体育课，“女生跑八百米”这句话使女生“沸腾”了起来。我知道做不了最好，要努力做到最好。一声哨声，开始了“500米勒”我在心中默念着，可是，事情并不如意，我摔倒了，“站起来……”总有一个声音在鼓励着我，我知道那是微笑的声音，所以我没有放弃，我爬了起来，冲向了那个800米的终点。当冲向终点的那一刻，我笑了，为自己的坚强而自豪，为自己没有被挫折所折服而欣喜。因为李白告诉我，当你遇到困难时，不要怕，“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。”

俗话说：”国难当头，匹夫 有责。”连一位卖草鞋的一位男生也立志要拯救国家，那就是在三国鼎立称霸西南方”蜀汉”的首领”刘备”。刘备有跟许多强手交锋过例如：曹操、袁绍、吕 布.....等，再加上经验丰富，蜀国才能和魏国、吴国并称三国鼎立。他统一西南方时已经57岁左右，也延续了汉朝的存活。
不管你活到几岁了，只要你愿意认真实现你的梦想，那就不再是梦想。如果你不肯努力，那还是黄粱一梦，永远都无法完梦想，只要你肯努力，梦想就会现实。
