宪法的意义在于它是国家的根本大法，这一特点决定了它的法律地位高于普通法，具有最高法律地位和最高法律效力。宪法是制定普通法律的依据，普通法律的内容都必须符合宪法的规定。与宪法内容相抵触的法律无效。
20XX年10月中华人民共和国成立后，第一届、第四届和第五届全国人民代表大会分别于20XX年9月、20XX年1月、20XX年3月和20XX年12月先后制定，颁布了四部《中华人民共和国宪法》。20XX年3月14日，第十届全国人大二次会议通过宪法修正案，对原宪法作了修改。宪法修正案确立“三个代表“重要思想在国家政治和社会生活中的指导地位，增加推动物质文明、政治文明和精神文明协调发展的内容，完善对私有财产保护的规定，增加建立健全社会保障制度的规定，增加尊重和保障人权的规定等。
遵守宪法，可以更好地维护我们的生命安全。阻塞交通的道路，频频发生的交通事故总令我们痛苦不堪。每年因交通事故导致的亡人数数以万计，直接经济损失达到几亿之多。谁曾想过发展的背后竟会有如此残酷的数据？面对亡的悲剧，我们在埋怨，我们在斥责，想想那些因失去亲人的痛苦，我们是否要深思？面对车祸的原因：酒后驾车、疲劳驾车、超速等。这些法律所禁止的行为，被无视而导致了悲剧的发生，有人抱怨：“这禁止，那限制，没有了人身自由。“可是我们不难发现不遵守宪法的背后等待我们的是什么。只有遵守宪法，宪法才会保护我们。
我们作为中学生应该做到：刻苦学习，积极进取，提高素质，全面发展；遵守《中学生日常行为规范》及学校的各项规章制度；积极为学校和班级争光；尊敬老师，团结同学；听从父母教育，尽力承担家务劳动，体谅父母；诚实守信、热爱劳动、爱护公物、保护环境。真正做到宪法在我们的一言一行之中，宪法更在我们的心中。

一：12月4日是国家12月4日日，1982年的今天，我国现行宪法正式通过并颁布实施，历经1988年、1993年、1999年、2004年修订，自2001年起，12月4日定为全国法制宣传日，2014年第十二届全国人民代表常务委员会第十一届会议决定，将12月4日设立国家宪法日。

首先是知法。宪法是我国根本大法。作为二十一世纪的我们，作为文明的传播者，我们必须学习法律知识，只有这样我们才能培养法制思维，才能明白什么事该做什么是不该做，这样我们的人生道路就一清二楚。
第二是守法。既然我们已经认识了法律，我们就应该明白制定法律的最终目的是保障我们的权利，而不是让法律成为一纸空文，成为我的笑料，因此我们应该遵守她。其实我们有两个选择，要么违法，要么守法。违法就意味着你愚昧无知，你没有社会责任感，你根本不知道你的行为给你的家庭，给整个社会甚至给全国全球造成了多么恶劣的影响。你为了一己私利，不仅伤害了别人，也毁了自己!如果没有宪法来规范，那我们的社会还有什么社会，简直就是人间地狱吗。当然你也有另外一种选择—守法，用法律来约束自己，反省自己，其实在你守法的过程中慢慢就养成了法制思维，你心中装的不仅仅是自己，还有你的亲朋好友，祖国的大好河山，爱国、敬业、诚信、友善等美好品质自然就形成了，社会自由了、平等了、公正了、法制了，国家富强、民主、文明、和谐还会远吗?第三是用法。当国家、集体、他人、自己的合法权益受到严重侵害时，要毫不犹豫的拿起法律武器维护上述合法权益!
第四是护法。法制的尊严也在于我们的维护，看到有人公然触犯法律，违犯宪法等法律时，我们可以制止劝告、可以挺身而出、也可以检举揭发，用自己的行动严厉打击违法的嚣张气焰，维护宪法的公平公正，使得依法治国的观念深入人心，使得公正、和谐的阳光普照大地!

记得还是一个中秋之夜，天阴沉沉的，妈妈听同学说邻村要放电影，缠着外婆要去看，因为有五六里路，天气又不好，外婆起先不同意，但禁不住妈妈的皮硬磨，终于答应了。妈妈和几个同学一路上有说有笑，甭提多开心了！刚进村，就听到了马达隆隆的声音，来到操场，只见竹杆支撑的幕上放映的是《孙悟空大闹天空》。妈妈和同学连忙搬了几个石块，坐在了操场的最前面，可爱勇猛的孙悟空深深地吸引住了妈妈。看着看着，忽然妈妈感到脸上一阵凉意。啊，天下雨了！回头一看，操场上的人已所剩无几，妈妈和几个同学连忙往家里跑。到家后，已是落汤鸡一只，免不了外婆的一通唠叨。
妈妈的童年虽然很苦，但也是很有趣。如今，我觉得我实在是很幸福，每天想看电视电影用不着跑那么远，家里有电视，电脑，热了有电风扇，空调。一切都变了，一切都变好了。
