“凡事都有个头儿。” 这话不假，到现在连那闯红灯也有了个带头的。
据调查，在十字路口黄灯将转红灯之时，若有第一个人闯，后面的人就会跟着闯;反之，第一个人停，后面的人就都停了。这种现象司空见惯，那就再另举两个例子吧。学生在自习课上，只要有第一个破坏了那宁静的'氛围， 接下来教室里可就热火朝天了;在校园里，地上散着的垃圾若被第一个人捡起，那么将会有更多的垃圾被其他人捡起。通过上面的例子，相信你应该发现，这“第一人效应”既有其积极的一面，也有其消极的一面，只是那第一人所带头的好坏罢了。
那就先说消极的一面吧。“第一人效应”若出现在违背公共秩序、违背道德、违背法律的行为上，产生的一系列负面影响所造成的危害是相当严重的。还就说闯红灯吧! 第一个人带动后来的人一起闯红灯，不难想象，交通秩序一下就被打乱，造成交通事故是很有可能的，其后果可想而知。
回过头来再看积极的一面。第一个人若及时将车停下，便可有效地警示后者。这样做不仅维护了交通法规及公共秩序，更是一种自我保护的措施，是一种良好素质的体现。
“第一人效应”的优劣反映了部分国民素质的优劣，不过那更集中体现了“第一人”的素质。“第一人”只是一个人，其力量微小，不足以影响社会，但在积极事物方面带头的人多了，其作用却不可忽视。陈胜、吴广挑起了反秦大旗，天下人共起，灭了秦，不也正是这个道理吗? 因此，“第一人效应”的利弊重在“第一人”，我们不能否认“第一人”的作用，当然也不能盲目跟随，充当一个个随波逐流的“第二人”、“第三人”……但是，我们依然需要那些能起积极作用的“第一人”，他们所做的“第一”必然会使道德高尚的人共起，形成一股正义之风，有助于社会发展，有助于正义之威伸张而扫灭丑恶之风。
因为这些原因，我们要好好利用“第一人效应”的优势，带动更多的人一起向高素质、高文明的更新的社会发展。

Yesterday was Sunday and it was a fine day.My parents and I visited the zoo.We went by bus.We started out at 8:00 in the morning and got there at 8:30.There were many people in the zoo.Some were watching the animals,some were playing games and others were resting under the trees.We went to watch the birds first.Then we came to see the monkeys.They were very lovely.We also saw the tigers and the lions.We saw many animals in the zoo.We felt very happy.

Some trained dogs can even lead the blind people and save people’s lives. So they‘re treated as our family members. I hope someday dogs will be in great harmony with human-beings.
