包饺子第一是要把面和好，不过妈妈把饺子皮买回来了，所以不用和面。第二是要拌馅，因为这次吃的是猪肉馅的饺子，所以拌馅要用到猪肉。我从冰箱中取出来昨天早晨买的猪肉，让爸爸剁碎，之后，放入锅中，加入剁碎的白菜，盐等，搅拌均匀后开始包饺子。刚开始我还不会包饺子，看着妈妈三下五除二就把饺子包好了，我也学着包了包，越包越熟练，终于包出了完美无瑕的饺子。饺子包完后，开始下锅了，先拿出了一半饺子倒入锅中，饺子们像淘气的孩子，在锅中又蹦又跳，快乐极了。饺子熟了捞出来，倒入盘子里，放到餐桌上吃着自己包的饺子，心里美滋滋的。
这件事我不会忘记，我的第一次包饺子。
