暑假的一个星期天的早上，当我醒来时，天已大亮。我穿好衣服，肚子已经咕咕叫了，我赶紧洗脸，刷牙，就去吃早已准备好的稀饭。
我一边吃，一边玩弄着桌上东西。忽然，我发现桌上还有一个鸡蛋，我使劲一转，真好玩，我又从冰箱里拿了一个鸡蛋，两只手一起转，原先的鸡蛋转得又快又稳，可从冰箱里拿出的鸡蛋却转不了两三圈，就歪歪斜斜地躺在桌子上不转了。
我又转动冰箱里的鸡蛋，可还是老样子，转了两三圈就不动了，我又不停地转着，一边探索着它们转与不转的原因。突然一下鸡蛋掉到地上，蛋液流了一地，我急忙拿一块抹布去擦，却把另一个鸡蛋掉到了地上，咦，这个是熟的。我看着两个已破的鸡蛋，熟鸡蛋蛋白黄凝结在一起是一个整体，生鸡蛋蛋白是液体而蛋黄是半固体。我用手搓熟蛋，整个蛋一起转动，搓生鸡蛋时不能一下混合起来转动，不能旋转了。我终于知道了熟鸡蛋与生鸡蛋的秘密。
我高兴极了，我把这个秘密告诉了我的伙伴，他们也想高兴地转过来转过去，这就是我暑假中一次有趣的发现，你也来试试吧!
