做蛋挞的步骤可就多了。首先，我们要学会使用电子秤，再发给我们每人一个盆。这样，就可以放蛋挞的原料了。叔叔说：“先要放牛奶140克。”我不敢倒，因为怕倒多了。妈妈说：“没事，你只要看着电子秤上的计数器一点一点地倒就行了。”我按着妈妈说的去做了，可还是多倒了3克。下一步倒120克淡奶油，这次，我没倒多。叔叔又让我们搅拌。一开始盆里是一块白一块黄，到了最后竟然变成乳白色的啦，真是太奇怪了！下一步该放糖50克，这次放多了1克。因为当电子秤上的计数器显示是49克时，我加了一点，这时计数器显示的数字一会变成49，一会又变成50，所以我又加了一点，计数器上的数字就变成51了。叔叔又命令我们继续搅拌，因为我倒糖倒得太慢了，前面的小朋友早就搅拌完了，可我还没开始呢，所以我就加快了速度。叔叔看见了，对我说：“动作轻一点，你的蛋挞液都起泡了。这样下去，你的蛋挞颗粒粗，口感不好。”我很着急，只好慢慢地搅拌了起来。下一步是倒80克鸡蛋液，我一下倒多了28克，看着上面一层黄色的.蛋液，我都快要急哭了。叔叔看见了，安慰我说：“没关系，没关系，再倒出点来吧！”说完，叔叔就帮着我把多余的蛋液倒了出来。然后我把蛋挞液搅拌均匀。
终于到最后一步了，叔叔发给我们一袋子蛋挞皮，让我们自己来选12个摆在烤盘里，然后发给我们每人一个小盆，把搅拌好的蛋挞液少量分次倒入盆里，再用小盆倒入蛋挞皮里，这样我做蛋挞的任务就完成了！
叔叔把我们做的蛋挞放入烤箱里。这么快就做完了，我觉得太不过瘾了。我问妈咪：“蛋挞什么时候出炉？”妈妈说：“25分钟左右就差不多了。”该做蛋挞盒子了，要折3个，我不会折。妈妈就帮着我折了一个，我在旁边看着，所以我很快就学会怎样折了。剩下的两个都是我自己折的。这时候蛋挞快要出炉了，我们都闻到一股甜甜的香味！但是妈妈说：“闻着很香，吃起来不知怎样。”
过了一会儿，蛋挞终于出炉了。我们迫不及待地跑上去，来辨认自己的蛋挞。我看见了我的蛋挞，想把它们放到盒子里。但是刚一伸手，就被烫着了。
我连忙用凉水冲了一下，害得我疼了好长时间。蛋挞终于凉了，我开始把蛋挞放入盒子里，最后一个蛋挞我直接品尝了一下，真好吃呀！皮酥酥的，有点咸，中间软软的，甜甜的。最后我们每人拿着一个气球，提着三盒蛋挞高兴地回家了！

我们拿出了食材——圆滚滚的鸡蛋，香喷喷的炼乳，雪白雪白的淡奶油，长有“疙瘩”的蛋挞皮……按照提前找到的制作方法做起来。首先，我把鸡蛋敲碎。鸡蛋身上立即出现了几条裂纹。再按，按！只听“啪”的一声，鸡蛋一分为二。黏糊糊的`液体像是一个个小孩子，慢慢地从蛋壳里走下来。
我又手忙脚乱的拿来漏勺，缓缓的往大碗里倒着液体。蛋黄都稳稳地落在漏勺里，蛋清却被无情地丢在一边。紧接着，勺子里又被我舀上一点糖。后面，炼乳、低筋面粉也依次跑了进来。牛奶和淡奶油是要把关的。它们也从盒子里流出来了。终于，所有的食材都被放了进去。
开始搅拌了！我握着筷子，快速的搅啊搅。碗里还时不时鼓出几座“小山”呀！现在，“黄汤”有点不听话了。开始一滴、一滴的溅出来。我赶紧稳住手中的筷子。慢慢的，那些白点被“金色舞伴”收起来了，变成了一片金色的海洋。
最后，我拿来小勺，盛上了一点五味俱全的“汤汁”，倒到蛋挞皮里。每个蛋挞皮里都被倒得满满的，就像小杯子盛满了水一样，“躺”在“杯子”里的“金色舞伴”们不再跳舞了。难道他们睡着了？正好！我要把“睡着的宝宝”放进烤箱里。盼星星，盼月亮。终于出炉了！蛋挞发出诱人的香味，谁不想尝一口呢？
