工作很无奈，今天想什么，明天就会做什么，就会产生什么样的后果。或好或坏，谁也无法预料。但我相信，努力了不一定会成功，但不努力就一定会失败。工作中不敬业，明天就一定会走向黑暗的深渊
如果可以回头，我一定会从零开始，做好自己。此时，我会想起刘汶福老师说过的一句话：不自在，自在不成人。做事也一样，别太放纵自己。
假如可以重来，我一定会循规蹈矩，遵章守纪，做一个合格的中钢人，做一个合格的焦化人，做一个合格的化产人。假如我是一名新工人，我会爱岗敬业，尽职尽责，做一个被中钢承认的人。

一个炎热的夏天，我走在滚烫的马路上，随手将一个雪糕袋丢在了马路边。这时，一个声音传过来：“小朋友，请你把垃圾扔到垃圾箱中”。
我回头望了望，原来是一位环卫工在说话。“我愿意扔哪就扔哪，你管得着吗“？我不屑地说。环卫工人没有再说话，只是默默地低着头又开始扫地。
”哎，大哥，不扫地你站着干什么啊“？我如梦初醒，见一位环卫工人站在我旁边说。我十分疑惑，自己怎么会在这儿呀？再看看自己的衣着，一件蓝色的工作服，上衣写着”环卫工人“四个字，手上戴着手套，还拿着扫帚。我怎么变成环卫工人啦？我自言自语道。“大哥，瞎想什么呢？快干活吧”。那个人对我说道。我只得拿起扫帚扫了起来。不一会儿就腰酸背疼了，我揉了揉腰，看见一位中学生随手将一个雪糕袋丢在了马路边。我急忙走过去。”喂，同学，请不要把垃圾扔到地上，捡起来扔到垃圾箱里好吗“？
那个人不耐烦地看了我一眼，嘴里边骂着狗拿耗子多管闲事边向远处走去。此时的我心里忽然很难受，难道我作为一个环卫工人这样做错了吗？那个中学生没有理由骂我啊。这么热的天气，我在大街上打扫卫生，衣服都被汗水湿透了，又热又渴，谁能理解我们环卫工人的不容易啊？
虽然心里委屈，但我还是坚持完成了今天的工作。下了班，我身上一身汗臭味，两条腿沉得像灌了铅，疲惫的不愿意动弹。就在这时，我忽然又变回了自己。定睛一看，我仍然站在马路上。刚才经历的一幕，让我体验了一次当环卫工的不易。
这次，我真的理解环卫工人了。他们为了城市的卫生，为了百姓的健康，每天起早贪黑，不辞辛苦地工作，而且工资还低得可怜，更重要的是得不到有些人的尊重。
我主动地捡起我丢掉的雪糕袋，走到环卫工伯伯身边，诚恳地对他说：”伯伯，对不起，刚才我对您无理了，请您原谅，我马上把自己丢的垃圾扔到垃圾箱里“。环卫工伯伯用慈爱地目光看着我，会心地笑了！
我还是我，什么都没变。不，也许变了吧！
