（3）建立职业咨询机构。职业的选择十分关键，职业生涯是不可逆的`，生命是有限的，职业选择的每一步都十分关键。但这是一项十分复杂的工程，单凭个人不现实，所以有必要建立起职业咨询机构，集合群体智慧，发挥职业咨询的优势和智慧优势，为个体提供建设性的指导意见，尽量避免学生走弯路。

Everyone has his own dream. I want to be a good doctor in the future. The reason is that some doctors saved my life after I was badly hurt in a traffic accident.
