太原旅游业英语作文【一】
??原古城晋阳城游记20xx年5月16日下午携家人一行五人，游览了今年五一节开放的太原古城，徜徉于古城，那雄伟壮观的古城墙，旌旗猎猎，把人带入的烽火连天的古岁月，那游人如织的明清古街道，店铺林立，吆喝声彼伏此起，让人目不暇接。那鳞次栉比的明清古建筑，飞檐斗拱，钩心斗角，檐牙高啄，铁马叮当，雕梁画栋，美轮美奂。让人惊叹古人的建筑智慧。那穿越时空的古装表演，货郎担子，那五花八门的特色传统小吃，无不让游人流连忘返，叹为观止。重新体验了一回古晋阳城的繁华。归来游兴未尽，兴趣盎然，夜不能寐，遂作短文以记之。
太原古县城，位于太原市西南部的晋源区，是一座始建于明代早期的县城，也是晋阳文脉的发源之地。所以称晋源。她有着2500多年的造城历史，有五六百年的建筑历史。也就是说，古城是周朝的历史，明清的建筑。
公元前497年，晋国公卿赵简子的家臣董安于在西依悬瓮山、东临汾河地带据险筑城，因在晋水之阳，取名晋阳。以后，历经战国、秦、汉、三国、晋、五胡十六国、南北朝、隋、唐五代十国的两千多年的战乱，到北汉政权时代，晋阳城发展到鼎盛时期。
北汉（951年―979年），是五代十国时期的政权之一，也是十国中最后一个政权，史称北汉。都城晋阳城。领土为十二州，大致位于今天的山西省中部和北部。北汉是刘氏依附于辽国建立的小国，后被北宋所灭。历四主，共29年。历史有名的杨家将，杨业，就是北汉的大将，北汉之所以负隅顽抗，偏安一隅，最后才被北宋消灭，全依赖于杨家将的英勇。北汉灭亡，杨家将随之投降北宋，成为北宋抵御辽国的中流砥柱。宋太宗爱惜杨继业忠诚勇猛，封他任代州知州兼任三交驻泊兵马部署。986年，宋太宗决定北伐辽国，收复燕云十六州。以忠武军节度使潘美为云、应路行营都部署，任西路军主将，杨业为副主将，在金沙滩与辽国决战，兵败退到宁武陈家谷口，潘美畏敌逃之夭夭，失潘美接应，杨业被俘，宁不屈，绝食而亡。
宋太平兴国四年（979），宋太宗赵光义御驾亲征终于攻克久攻不下的北汉割据政权晋阳城，宋太宗由于气愤晋阳城军民一致抗宋，加之晋阳城又称龙城，有帝王之气，曾出了好多帝王，怕有人凭借晋阳城水深城坚再叛乱和割据，于是派人将这片晋阳古城付之一炬，大火烧了四十多天，烧光了这座古城当中的房屋草木，之后又将晋水与汾水引入城中，水淹晋阳城。这座古老的城市，在火烧水灌之下，最终变成了一片废墟焦土。使许多历史建筑和珍贵文物被摧毁殆尽。
随后在晋阳故城北，今太原市小店区一带，新筑了平晋县城，兴建了太原府城。赵光义又命人削去席舟山的山头，在新建的太原城内只修“丁”字路，不修“十”字口，谓之曰拔龙角、钉龙脉。
这座延续了数千年的悠久古城，最终在这位帝王的一番折腾之下，彻底变得黯淡无光，
明朝初年，平晋县城被洪水淹溢，山西巡抚和太原知府上报朝廷，请求朝廷重建。经核准后，公元1375年，开始在汾河以西晋阳古城遗址上的\'南关村，建立太原县城。民国时期，沿用了1200多年的太原府被撤销，产生了太原市这一名称。1947年，太原县改为晋源县，意为“晋水之源”。新中国成立后，在太原县城设立了晋源镇。现在叫晋源区。
20xx年，太原古县城修复保护工程开工，历经8年建设，耗资300亿，现在基本完工。走进太原古县城，只见城墙绵延，城楼巍峨，护城河波光粼粼，周遭绿柳环绕，整座城池古朴雄浑，让游客穿越明清。感受明清古城文化。
太原古城城墙分东、南、西、北四面，城墙全长3700米，高11米，下宽13米，上内宽7.95米，城墙以石为基，采用梅花丁的砌筑方法建造而成，呈现出古朴威严的风格。城墙共计设有城楼4座、角楼4座、望楼36座、魁光楼1座、瞭望楼1座。
太原只所以叫龙城是因为山西是表里山河，西有黄河吕梁山之险，东有太行山之屏障，民风彪悍，古有得山西者得天下之说，先后有19位皇帝从这里起家。

i picked some colourful flowers. we drank tea with milk. there is a small desert, it was very hot when i walked on it. the sand could sing. these trips helped me open my eyes. i enjoyed my day.

我不由被他助人为乐的精神所震撼，我不禁感叹道，没想到当今社会，雷锋精神仍旧无处不在。但随后发生的一幕令我惊呆了，使我对这位老大爷的看法发生180度大转弯。原来，刚刚还在助人为乐的老大爷现在却突然要问那位阿姨要20块钱。这时我才知道，原来，那位老大爷的助人为乐是虚伪的，是别有用心的。他这先斩后奏的伎俩可真谓“高明”。原来，汾河公园的哪些树全成了他的摇钱树。我的猜测果然不假，随后，又看到他给好几个人取下风筝，都采用了先斩后奏的“高招”，取一次20块钱。
