我在县城读书，好久没有看到在棋盘乡中学教书的爸爸了。恰好妈妈的手机接听不要钱，爸爸的手机包月每月15元可打本地网内电话100分钟，不打白不打。于是，我拨通了爸爸的电话。
爸爸给我回电话过来，我便和爸爸聊了起来。
爸爸说，很多年轻人，追求所谓的时尚、时髦，穿衣服穿得很单薄，冷得直哆（duo）嗦（suo），这是一种不科学的做法。人体遇到了寒冷，管就会收缩，液就会变稠，液流动就会不畅通，这样，液中的营养物质，就不容易输送到人体的各个部位。这样一来，人体就会不健康，甚至会发生病变。
爸爸说，冬天天气冷，不要喝冷水，不要吃生冷的东西。如果吃了生冷的东西，轻则使你感觉到发冷，重则使你拉肚子。
爸爸对我说：“耀才啊，现在天气很冷，你要注意多穿一些衣服。特别是夜晚学习时，更要注意多穿衣裤。座椅上，也要垫上棉垫子。这样，臀部的感觉就会舒服一些。”
我问爸爸：“为什么座椅上也要垫上棉垫子呢？”爸爸说，座椅上垫上了棉垫子，体温就不容易传到椅子上去，这样，可以达到臀部保暖的目的。
我问爸爸：“臀部保暖也很重要吗？”爸爸说，是的，臀部保暖也很重要。如果熬了夜，臀部受了寒，第二天可能就拉肚子。有一句俗话，说的是某某人到哪里去，没人接待他，或别人对他很冷淡，就说他“坐了冷板凳”。老年人都说：“婴儿不能冻尾脊骨。”尾脊骨就是臀部。臀部、腰腹部以及附近的部位，用中医的理论来说，就是人体的肾脏系统，是人的精神、精力、元气的发源地。肾脏系统，相当于人体的动力系统，动力系统功能越强，人的生命力就越旺盛。
爸爸说：“现在的幼儿，在冬天仍然穿着开裆裤，这是极不科学的做法！在冬天，气温很低，寒风嗖嗖的，父母们为了省事，就让幼儿们都穿着开裆裤，以便他们能够自动化的大小便。殊不知，这种做法是极其不科学的！”爸爸说：我把这件事讲给了我们班的同学听，有一位同学反驳我说：“我小时候也是穿开裆裤的。雷老师，你把这件事讲了几遍了。我问了我的爸爸妈妈，他们说，他们小时候在冬天也是穿开裆裤的。”爸爸说：“你的爸爸小时候在冬天穿开裆裤，就能说明冬天穿开裆裤科学吗？那么，你回去对你的爸爸妈妈说，要你的爸爸妈妈赤膊条胯到大街上去跑！你的祖先在远古时代，都是不穿衣服的呢！”爸爸幽默的.反击，把同学们逗得哄堂大笑起来。
爸爸说，就是这位学生，指责爸爸不会教书，上语文课时，经常不对课文进行分段，讲中心思想。爸爸说：“我二十几年前就开始教书，段落大意、中心思想讲了二十几年，我实在不好意思再说这些陈词滥调了。”
有的人固执己见，不同意爸爸的意见，他们说：“满街的小孩，在冬天都是穿的开裆裤，怎么没有怎么样？”爸爸对这些顽固不化的人说：“是啊，多吸一根烟，又怎么样了呢？多饮一杯酒，又怎么样了呢？但是，这是慢性自啊！”爸爸说：“这些人，真是朽木不可雕也！告都告不乖――命尽矣！”
爸爸说，小孩的屁股不能冻，大人的脚也不能冻。冬天来了，应该穿棉鞋了。老年人都说“寒从脚下起”，这是很有科学道理的。脚部暖和了，液流向脚腿部，人体的肾脏系统的液流量也会相应的增大。
爸爸得意地对我说：“我有一个通俗的科学理论发现――宁可冻手，不可冻脚；宁可冻脸巴子，不可冻屁股！”
我对爸爸说：“您说的一些话，有的我还是不同意。”爸爸说：“是的，我像你这么大的时候，也不同意大人的劝告。现在，我的学识和，使我领悟到了，但是，已经晚了。这正是――学得乖来人已老啊！”

首先，现代的爸爸、妈妈都把女儿打扮得像公主，把儿子打扮得像帅哥，免不了会有相互比较。况且现在很注重物质生活：名牌包包、名牌的衣服……。再加上家境问题差距大，比较的情形，就越来越严重了！现在正值发育期，衣服淘汰率也会随之增加，那花在购买衣服的钱，又有多少？如果此时还把重心放在 “今天要穿什么？”上面，那就会失去学校教育的意义了。
再者，穿起统一的'校服，会比较整齐，一致的服装，也显得比较有气势、有团结的感觉。校服代表着学校的荣誉和制度，假如学校参加比赛或活动，如果得奖了，就是代表学校的荣誉。
最后，若是在一个人数众多的大学校，在校服上绣上学号、班级、姓名，不就很好辨别了妈？
有些学校，都不规定学生穿校服了，这样一来，便少了纪律，不整齐了。又有许多学生不想穿校服，觉得很紧、不自在、不方便，有一些教育人士，也都不断的讨论，或许在一个星期找个一、二天穿校服，这样也许可以满足部分家长的看法；另外几天穿便服，让学生不那么拘束，就可以放松了！

nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single,yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

So, of course, we should go to the river for swimming. It may takes our life for no reason.
