又是小组讨论的时间，四个人大眼瞪小眼，可就是没有人愿意先开口，算了，我是组长，先打破沉默也是应该的，“你们认为，居里夫人的美体现在什么地方？”“什么，我听不见？”某位仁兄又开始装傻了，我狠狠地瞪了他一眼。“要不，我先说吧，我认为，她的美主要体现在……“悦，你真是太棒了！还有，她的美还体现在……”勉勉强强过了语文这一关，刚想喘口气，却不料……

食物链有最顶层，当然也有最低端，我们组被欺负最多，被嘲笑最多的，就是我后面那位了，原因是——他不爱说话。

你们好。我是你们的组长—何泉杉。
我有几个问题想和大家讨论讨论：为什么我们组有九个人，而第三小组只有八个人，清洁卫生却比我们做得好得多？为什么每次我们这组做清洁卫生都只有那么二三个人？为什么每次轮到我们这组做清洁卫生，我总是提心吊胆的？
我反复思考这几个问题，认为作为组长，没有带领好大家，我有不可推卸的责任，是我没有组织好，在这儿我真诚地向大家说声“对不起”，以后我会改变方式、方法，努力把工作做好。
另一方面，我想对大家说说我心里的一些想法。
我们都喜欢自由，喜欢不受约束，喜欢想做什么就做什么，但是你要看到没有管束的自由带给我们的不是快乐、放松，而是混乱、伤害。我们在这个学校里学习、生活，那我们就应该有我们应尽的责任和义务。做清洁卫生就是我们应尽的责任和义务。只有保持一个整洁干净的学习生活环境，我们才会快乐、健康。你们却拒绝尽你们的责任和义务，每次留下来的同学就会承担起你们的责任和义务，帮你们完成你们的责任和义务，难道这对他们不是一种无形的伤害吗？你们的时间是宝贵的，难道同学的时间就不宝贵了吗？你们想要绝对的'自由，难道同学就应该为你们的行为负责吗？我想你们不会有意要伤害同学的！我想你们也知道自己的事应该自己做的！
虽然我是你们的组长，可是“一个好汉三个帮”，如果没有你们的支持，我是做不好这份工作的。只要你们在每周二拿出自己宝贵的十分钟时间，团结起来，我们的清洁卫生一定会做得非常好的。
“没有规矩不成方圆”，就让我们一起来制定一个公平合理的工作方案，共同遵守，认真完成自己分内的工作，奖勤罚懒，我们第二小组会成为一个和谐的大家庭的。
