??小小校长有感今天，我和爸爸在奥斯卡电影院看了一部让我过目不忘的电影小小校长。这场电影的主角是一位正在上中学的小女孩，名字叫薛小薇，因为他所在的学校成绩太差，校长都辞职了，所以她就担上了校长这份任务。
看完这部电影，他给我们带来了许多的思考，因为学校本来就是一个学知识的地方，而在现实中却成为了市场，成为了不惜一切索取钱财的'利益竞争场所，但是我还是仍然相信只要我们努力改变、坚持，还是可以成为美好的校园。
因为薛小薇年龄不大，刚当上校长的时候必然会遇到质疑，还要看白眼。比如崔副校长和其他的几个老师，都想着为什么干什么都要听一个小孩子的话？小校长面对这种情况也很尴尬，所以，现在只有成绩才能服众。首先做为小校长的坚强后盾王局长告诉她做好校长必需要仔细按照红头文件去做，还要打败潜规则。然后，崔副校长本来也是不服被小孩子管，但看到了他的努力，还是为小校长提供了巨大的支持。最终，还是打败了潜规则。
看完了这部电影后，我希望这部好电影可以让更多的老师和家长知道、并且看一看。也真正告诉了我，不能走形式、说大话。而且要实事求是，不贪图钱财，做一位真正的好校长。

假如我是校长，我要把校园改造得像花园一样美丽。首先要改造大门，不要这个像停车场一样的铁门，而是种上七棵树，树与树之间就是不同年级的通道。我要让同学们在操场周围种上自己喜欢的`花草，有茉莉花、月季花、梅花、菊花……我要在教学楼外种满爬墙虎;楼顶还要种菜园，可以种黄瓜、冬瓜、南瓜、苦瓜……课间或中午吃饭前可以上去摘一些吃。哦，我差点忘了，在操场周边还要弄一个池塘，池塘里有鱼有虾，放学后可以钓鱼摸虾，再可以种上漂亮的荷花就更好了。
假如我是校长，我要把所有的课程都变得无比有趣。音乐课嘛，我们就在池塘边围成一圈，老师拿把吉它教我们唱歌;科技课，就去科技馆吧，老师当讲解员，给我们讲解科学知识，那该多好啊!还有我特别喜欢的语文课，把它变成故事会，或者是让大家把自己看过的书和大家分享讨论，作业就是回家看自己喜欢的课外书，练习朗读自己喜欢的一二篇文章，第二天上课大家比赛，看谁读的双流利又好听。
假如我是校长，每个月我都要带同学们去不同的地方玩，去爬山、去麦穗、去果园里采摘，还要去看一看汽车是怎么制造出来的，衣服是怎么做成的，棉花怎么能变成衣服呢……?
“快吃饭喽”妈妈的一句话，打断了我的发呆，我回过神来。唉，真希望我们的新校长能跟我想的一样!!

I am a student of our school.I,d like to say something about the canteen service in our school.
There are 3 advantages of canteen service in our school.First,our canteen is very clean,Second,the food is delicious,Third,the attitude of service is good.
But it also has some disadvantages . Such as the price of the food is high, few variety to choose from,too long waiting time for buying food.
In my opinion,we can invite our student to take part in the canteen for offering the help.We may let the student list the food they like to let the canteen to make it.

很惭愧，我是在去年培德学院开出家长的事儿最热的时候知道的钱志龙校长，当时还挺为他义愤填膺的。说实话，吃瓜群众的信息量根本不足以做出理性判断，打动我的是更早之前看过的他的演讲中的一句话，让我觉得，这样的人，至少是真心地在做教育。
那段话是这样的：“……我们是独立学校，独立二字的根本意义就在于，独立于社会正确或不正确的.普世价值观和与之对应的测评体系，独立于政府英明或不英明的教育政策法规，独立于家长的合理或不合理的问题和诉求。独立学校能生存下来并有可持续的发展空间，最可贵的地方就在于我们敢于坚持我们认为是对的东西。”
《校长日记：我在美国当校长》里也提到了这段话，原来是引自一个获得终身成就奖的老校长的发言，这也确实是一个以做真正的教育为己任的资深教育者能说出的话，值得镌刻案头的那种。
回到这本书，内容很简单，讲得是作者在美国的一所三语学校做校长的经历，事无巨细的讲述了很多美国小学的日常，孩子，教师，家长，教学，制度，都是来自一线的，很多小的细节都很有趣，能感受到作者本人对这份工作投入的爱与热情。
亮点也是槽点的部分，是里面有很多很多的碎碎念，还有很多很多的“好为人师”，非常真实的细节和思考，夹带着大量的“人生道理”，有着非常鲜明的个人风格。
如果只是想随手一读，可以试试，但如果想要认真学习，干货量稍显不足。

Dear Mr. President,
My name is Li Ming, a sophomore majoring in International Trade. Having learned and lived on campus for nearly two years, I have found university life most exciting and instructive.
What happens around me every day has left a deep impression on me, but what strikes me most is the canteen service on campus, so that for some time I have had the keen desire to write to you, sharing with you my positive comments on and negative feelings about it. On the one hand, we are happy to see that the canteen staff has been sparing no efforts to guarantee food quality. As a result, we are relieved from the anxiety that some food might be dirty, stale and inedible. We also feel contented with the service provided by the canteen, enjoying food in a homely atmosphere. On the other hand, improvements should be made for the simple reason that prices for dishes are unreasonably high, and that the canteen is not spacious enough and too noisy at times.
Therefore, to improve the overall service of the canteen the strengths should be encouraged, while the weaknesses ought to be overcome by lowering prices and expanding the canteen if possible.
