谈起广场舞，大家并不陌生，有些人呢，一提到广场舞就会头疼，因为广场舞大部分的音乐声，都超过70分贝以上，可能有人会问，70分贝是什么概念？20-40分贝大约是耳边的喃喃细语，40-60分贝属于我们正常的交谈声音，70分贝我们就可以认为是很吵的，就开始损害听力神经，但从广场到我家有大约有100米远，都能听到了50-60分贝。想一想，如果住在离广场舞不远的地方，将受到多大的危害啊！特别是学生，在做作业的时候，听到这么刺耳的歌声，就会心烦意燥，不能静下心来写作业。
但有些人一听到广场舞，就连连称赞，因为跳广场舞具有体育锻炼的价值，如果经常进行排舞练习，就可以让心管和呼吸系统都能得到良好的锻炼，改善心肺功能，加速新陈代谢的过程，促进消化，消除大脑疲劳和精神紧张，从而达到增强体质，增进健康，延缓衰退，提高人体的活动能力等良好的健身作用。
跳广场舞的确是有健身的作用，但是跳舞的阿姨们最好想想，这只是在为自己，而不是在为他人，而且还为他人造成了伤害。我建议：跳舞的阿姨们把声音调到60分贝以下，或者是带耳机跳舞，这样不仅会达到健身的效果，也不会影响他人。

下午，公园里更热闹了，一座座充气城堡矗立在大地之上，小朋友们一会儿在城堡里从滑梯上溜下来，一会儿又神出鬼没地穿梭在一个个隧道里……好不快活。有的在决明子堆成的沙堆之间玩耍，十分快乐。
到了晚上，河滨公园人山人海，灯火辉煌。女人们成群结队地涌进商店，一会儿穿着连衣裙转个圈儿，一会儿又穿着高跟鞋“踢踏踢踏”地走几步……而在河滨公园的尽头，一群中年大婶正随着音箱放出来的美妙音乐在跳舞。一会儿摆臂，一会儿扭腰……十分陶醉。
