I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to my parents for teaching me to be positive and to be strong. “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” is the opinion held by Aristotle. It is the experience of our forefathers, however, it is correct even today, including my parenting.
It is widely acknowledged that parenting, which can also be explained as family education, is of great significance in our character forming and manner acquiring. To be more detailed, setting good examples instead of just giving precepts is the greatest achievement of my parents. All those things require huge amount of time and work, but it’s worth it.

动物种类繁多，大致分为益类和害类。人们认为对我们有好处的就应该保护它，对我们有害的就毫不留情地捕捉和害。可是，每个动物都有生活的权利，谁也不能剥夺他们的生命。
有一天，我从睡梦中醒来，猛地发现自己竟然睡在一个伸手不见五指的黑洞里，一种灰白灰白的毛布满了我的全身，一条细长细长的尾巴不自主地摆来摆去。旁边还有数十双不算太大的红的发亮的.眼睛盯着我不时发出吱吱的声音。我眼珠子一转仔细一想便很快明白过来，我进了“贼窝”自己成了一只肥大的老鼠，我吓了一跳，四只灰褐色的脚来回交替着跌跌撞撞地跑了出去。刚一出洞，我便进入了一个熟悉的环境——我家厨房。
只见哥哥正提着给外公泡茶的开水进来。我连忙声嘶力竭地大叫到：“救我呀!哥！”哥哥好像发现了什么，迅速地一转身，看见了我不禁发出一声刺耳的尖叫，然后好像与我有什么深仇大恨一般，猛地拿起手中的开水像我倒过来。我左躲右闪终于闪开了。这时他又拿起菜刀像着了魔一般向我疯狂地劈来，我只好好不容易找了个时机冲进了洞。回到洞,刚才的一切还历历在目，让我想起就有一种毛骨悚然的感觉。真是虎口脱险啊！我拍拍胸口自我安慰到：“幸亏我跑得快啊，要不然我可能就去见传说中的阎王了！”
还有一个鼠同胞把我拉过来，看它身上的累累伤痕应该是只老练的老鼠。没有多想，它大吼到：“你怎么这么冒失呀？刚才多危险啊！如果不是我，你早就见佛祖去了！不是说好天黑才动手么？你怎么？-----哎！”我想了想追问道：“什么动手？”它若无其事地回答：“当然是找东西吃呀。除了还有什么？”我立马反驳道：“但是你们吃了人的东西人吃什么呢？”它无奈地点了点头又说：“我们不吃难道等吗？人类因为种种原因把我们赶进垃圾场、下水道等又脏又臭的地方，导致我们身上生长了许多细菌-----偷吃人类的东西，我们也是无奈呀！”听完老鼠一口气说的那一席话，我震惊了。原来可恨的老鼠还是却是的可怜，想起人类对他们的不公。我忍不住大吼一声：“天理何在？”
突然，我发现自己醒了，仔细一看，身上的毛不见了，尾巴也不见了，我又回到了原来的模样。想起梦境里的种种，我多么希望人们能早日发明一种语言翻译机，耐心地听听动物的心声啊！
