牌坊公园就在肇庆市内，重建后，占地面积扩大了很多，增加了好玩的地方！例如新荷花池，新修建的绿道都是挺有趣的好去处。绿道成了人们休闲散步的好去处。
在牌坊公园里，最好玩的游戏就是放风筝。爸爸教我放风筝，他告诉我：“放出风筝后要逆风跑，风筝才会飞到天上去，牵着风筝的线要学会收放自如。”我专心听爸爸的教导，认真放风筝，可不幸的`是很多游人带着小狗来公园玩，就算狗还在离我很远的地方，一旦被我看见了我就被吓得心惊胆战，我担心小狗来咬，就无法集中精神放风筝，所以只好不放风筝，免得不注意时被狗伤到。
接下来，我们就到荷花池看荷花。荷花正在开放，花朵大而又漂亮，色彩明丽，有粉红的、嫩黄的、粉白的；绿油油的荷叶又大又圆，就像一把把撑开在湖面的绿雨伞，荷花就夹杂着开在了绿雨伞中间，太好看了。眼前的美丽景色，让我想到了人们经常说的：“荷花出污泥而不染”，这是在赞美荷花的纯洁，却在批评污泥，这对污泥不公平，荷花长得美，是污泥给她输送了营养，不能说污泥不好，荷花长得漂亮，污泥有贡献哦！
牌坊公园的另一个好去处就是绿道。据说肇庆的绿道是中国最美的绿道，所以我们就到绿道上骑自行车。我和表哥比赛谁的车骑得最快。结果，我输给了他，我好不甘心啊！不过，今天能出门玩，我还是很开心的。

一个嵌在砖墙中的木质牌坊。
一座贞节牌坊。
准确地说，它只是一个本质门框。但门楣上镌刻的“旌表江东甫叶氏之门”几个字，经历了600多个风雨春秋，仍完整地保留在门框上，向世人诉说着发生在这个院落中的一个绵延漫长的辛酸故事。
《徽州府志》中记载：
叶氏，名德，歙江东甫妻。年十六归来甫，事姑惟谨。十年，来甫卒，无嗣，以其夫从子昭为后。元末兵乱，奉其姑避寇山谷中，服劳奉养，而姑安之。洪武辛未，群邑奏闻旌表，仍复其家。寿登百龄而终。
不足百字，便刻画了叶氏女一生。至于她到底是如何辛苦，能得以立牌坊旌表，旁人就不得而知了。
在歙县的棠樾，有一座规制宏伟的女祠，名为“清懿堂”。这座祠堂和贞节牌坊一样，也是纪念被旌表的贞节妇女的。堂正中一块“贞烈两全”的牌匾，据说还是出自大儒曾国藩之手。
据道光《祁门县志》记载：寡妇再嫁要受到极大的侮辱。出门不准走正门，花轿不准靠近住宅。再嫁的妇女赤着脚，蒙着头，绕道从墙根走。一群孩子跟在后面拍手扔石块。这样的再婚仪式，怕是任何一个妇女不敢面对的。而与之相反的是，康熙年间一个潘姓烈女去世，家里穷得无力安葬。这时，全社会对这位妇女的表现出一种少有的热情。宗族为她准备好棺材和寿衣，全镇的绅士们为她写好了无数传、状、铭、诔、诗、歌，一个有头有脸的地方官为她主持葬礼。“举殡之日，冠盖相望，四方来观者不啻万人，郡邑文武官师赙以礼仪，旌以绰楔，可谓荣矣！”
再嫁与守贞两种选择最终产生了如此巨大的结果反差，这必然会产生一种社会导向，让生活在这个社会中的女性们都无时无刻在接受这种社会导向的作用。因此，牌坊也好，女祠也好，都是为了让女人们在礼教的范围内举手投足，而不要越雷池一步。古代的男人们正是借着建牌坊，修女祠这样一些手段，营造出一个女人必须要守节的`社会氛围。
走出汪懿堂，前面不远处就是著名的棠樾牌坊群了，其中有两座是贞节牌坊。这两座牌坊与其它牌坊相比，精美程度毫不逊色。但每当看到那些镌刻在上的诸如“矢贞全孝”，“节劲三冬”之类的赞美辞，总给人一种难以平抑的伤感。只有站在牌坊下面，看到牌坊顶端的石缝里生出的几株嫩芽，倔强地在寒风中摇曳着柔软的躯体，才能稍微让人有一些的安慰。

Dear Future Husband,
I'm not yet sure whether you exist, though I'd like to believe that you do. While it may not make much logical sense, you've been on my mind lately. I haven't thought much about what you'll look like, how tall you'll be, or what type of car you'll drive — I'm not too concerned with the minor details. However, I have been thinking about a few things I want you to know.
I want you to know that I am happy — right now — as a single, 26-year-old "millennial" who lives in a small apartment with a roommate and eats Chipotle for dinner more times than I care to admit. I love my job, I love my crazy friends and family, and I love spending quality time alone. I want you to know that my life has purpose apart from and before you. When we do meet one day, I want you to understand that I do not expect you to complete me, or to be my God. That's way too much pressure for anyone to bear. I am already complete.
I want you to know that I am not a trophy. Apparently, a lot of guys think this is a compliment. However, I want you to know that I have no desire to be seen as a trophy — a symbol of your own perceived success. I was not raised just to sit and look pretty on anybody's shelf. I want to have intellectual conversations. I want to help you chase your dreams. I want to be your partner, not your prize.

“You always say that I am naive. In your eyes, I am always the little girl who will never grow up”. This is my favorite song and also the sound from the bottom of my heart. You made me feel so lucky to be your child. But I find our hearts getting further apart as time goes by.
You strictly forbid me to do entertaining activities even if I finished my homework, such as watching TV or playing computer games. Based on this, I couldn’t get any grade less than A. It is said that genius only means hard-working all one’s life. But I think combining exertion is the best way for learning.
The most important thing to me was that I feel frustrated for having few friends to confide in due to your strict rules. I can’t have a play date, participate in a school play or even choose my own extracurricular activities. Who will accept such a boring and troublesome person? I am just an ordinary girl who can’t stand loneliness, so I always feel contradictory.
On the one hand, I’m grateful to have you in my life, to disappoint you was the least I would do. On the other hand, what you asked for me made me felt like a puppet rather than a real person. I appreciated your efforts to pull me away from a self-indulgent life, but your obsessively extravagant strictness has pushed me into an isolated and insensible one. I need a little freedom so that I will concentrate on something I really interested in.
Father and mother, these words were hid in my deep heart for a long time. I love you, and I believe if you change some harsh rules. I will have a wonderful life.
