这次活动是由至善教育举办的，所以来的人特别多，因此我们分成了许多组，让我庆幸的是我的好朋友曹露含是跟我在一个组。
一路上车上欢声笑语，热闹极了。转眼间，我们就到达了目的地——四清湖。
首先第一项是火灾模拟逃生，教官在进入模拟火灾场地之前，跟我们讲了许多消防知识，让我懂得了许多。终于，让我最激动的火灾逃生开始了。我一进去，里面黑漆漆一片，根本看不见任何东西。突然，我看到了一个橙色的牌子，我想：这个是安全指示牌吗？于是我跟着牌子往前走。啊！原来这是一堵墙。后来曹露含拉着我走出了这个地方。一出来就看见有一台机器不停地往里面放白色的`烟雾。最后，所有人都逃了出来，火灾逃生顺利结束了！
接下来我玩了真人cs大战。穿上装备后，我上好了子弹。“嘟嘟嘟，嘟嘟嘟”耳边一阵阵枪声响起，开始了我们愉快又激烈的战斗。最终，令人激动的是，我“”了两个人，我对自己的这个成绩还算满意。
下午，我和曹露含一起画沙画。老师给我们演示了一遍，只见老师画得天鹅、荷叶、风景都是栩栩如生，让我叹为观止！接着，我和曹露含一起合作，画了一副日出图。画完之后，我们都被我们自己的作品惊呆了，真好看！虽然比不上老师的作品，但我已经觉得很好了！
后来我们还玩了画脸谱、井冈山之路，都特别有趣！
终于要回家了，虽然很不舍，但“天下没有不散之宴席”，于是我恋恋不舍地回家了。

“叮叮叮”下课了，这节课便在欢声笑语中结束了。
我第一次当小老师，既收获了成功，又收获了欢笑。虽然往事不再，但它已成为我记忆中的珍宝。

两声尖利而又刺耳的哨声把我的思想扯回了现实，这是集合的口号，我们飞速的冲向集合地点，当教官数到“0”时，大家已经站着标准的军姿整整齐齐的排成4队，我们清晰的看到教官的眼里荡漾着笑意。“今天我们的科目主要是训练小队之间的团结程度，教学器材是大脚板”。教官让8个男同学抬了过来，“大脚板”顾名思义，就是一个大板子上绑着12根绳子，？双手提着绳子就可以移动板子了。”男女生各分一队，每6人一队，比谁先走完一个来回！我很幸运的被挑入第一批，站在第3位，大家都做好了赛前的准备，就等着教官一声令下，虽然冲出去时不能向离弦的火箭，但至少可以达到快步行走的速度。
“砰”一声令下，第一个女同学飞快的喊道“1、2、3，左！我们立刻绷紧了神经，迅速抬起左脚，并扯着嗓子兴奋的喊着：左、右、左、右……就在这时，问题出现了，前排两个女生都比较高，所以迈出的步子也比我大，我一个不小心就失去了平衡，身体迅速向后倾斜，不过还好，后面的同学在千钧一发间把我扶住了，才导致我没有摔跤。但是就应为我的一个小小的失误，一整队的人都乱了手脚，有人抬左腿，也有人抬右腿，我们喊左，却还是有人抬右腿。眼看男生就要追上来了，第一个女生不管三七二十一，愤怒的喊道“后面的人听好，再不快点，男生就比我们快了，下一步是左！”她几乎是尖叫着喊出这句话。因为刚才的混乱是我造成的，所以我更加卖力的动了起来……。
最后，还是我们女生第一队抢到了第一名的宝座，不过最值得高兴的是“大脚板”比赛女生大获全胜。败将（男生）们很不服气，在最后一队比赛时，男生竟然挡在路口不让过，全体女生一起反攻，他们只好乖乖让路，
这件事是我在拓展中记忆最深的一件事，因为这获得的不仅仅是荣誉，获得的是更加坚固的友谊，获得的是同学之间的团结……
